I have been a AAA Club Member for about 5 years and I love the benefits, but the clerk Lisa is horrible extremely rude and condescending. I come in to pay my tags or car tittle changes and she is always trying to get me to see some guy name Alex to get insurance. This last time I was interested to get a quote I wanted to see the next agent available but she put me as if I asked for this guy named Alex and had me waiting for almost 30 mins before she even put me on the list to see and agent. When I asked why she got upset and very rudely and loud told me that I had asked for him just so everyone can hear. I told her I never asked for anyone and that she just wasted my time. I will now on make the drive to Thousand Oaks or even the Camarillo branch office to avoid that rude lady Clerk Lisa who thinks she own that branch. Horrible customer service.

AAA set me up with Bristol West because I had no insurance coverage during a time frame I owned no vehicle. The company they set me up with has not sent my physical documents as I requested and needed for the DMV its been a month, they have no way to contact them, they don't answer their phones or respond to faxes. This is disgusting and I blame AAA, I'm already looking into legal aid to see if I have a case to sue AAA and Bristol West for emotional distress. Avoid AAA and run if they suggest Bristol West. Also AAA told me they could get me insured and never told me it was through another company, I didn't find that out until after my payment was taken by a AAA agent. Very deceptive of you AAA So Cal. And this has been very distressing.

My son and daughter WERE on the same Auto Insurance policy. My son was the primary on the policy. My daughter got into an accident. Her new vehicle title is in her name only. The agent said that she and her brother must now have separate policies, since my son is no longer on title to her vehicle!! WHAT?!? I've never heard of such a rule! This seems like a stunt to create additional policies. My daughter was also "talked into" a renter's policy to "save money"!! She lives at home rent-free, and the agent is aware of that. If she could remain on her brother's policy - that would save them both money!!

Lianna Valdez ( Auto Insurance Agent ) gave excellent customer service and pleasant attitude. Had a pleasant experience with Lianna regarding my auto insurance policy.

Always helpful, courteous service here. AAA offers way more than just roadside assistance. You can do so much DMV business through your AAA account.

Nice Staff and Even after an accidental agent error on a transaction they gave me an unexpected gift for my extra time spent while they fixed the error. Always remember to have a great attitude even through issues and unexpected things may happen.

TJ Studer is the worst insurance agent. He is an awful agent with no response. I don't know how he still has his license. He's a fraud and I have proof. His license should be revoked.

AAA has saved us several times. In 2020 we had several issues with our cars. If we didn’t have AAA Premium which gives you unlimited miles. I don’t know what we would have done. I feel safe that we all 4 have cards

Great service and friendly staff. We transferred a title and paid registration on our private party car purchase through their DMV services. Then we added the car to our insurance policy. Took care of everything in one trip. So glad we have SoCal Auto Club.

I was given incorrect information regarding my premium membership. A manager, David ,was supposed to call me back 2 weeks ago! I have been to the office several times. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I am canceling my membership. They are awful.
