The manager or woman who owns this place it’s beyond bizarre and unfortunately very rude. I’d rather drive to the other side of simi then visit this circus again…words escape me honestly

I dropped by this place to buy and cash some lotto tickets. Presumably the owner lady was not in good mood training her new employee while I was waiting. I told her that I am in hurry then she turned rude and very authoritative. I would never go this 7-Eleven again.

Out of all the 711s I've been to this one is the best. Not because the snacks and refreshing beverages but because of the employees that work here. There are 2 employees that are absolutely unbelievable on how honest and good hearted they are, Mohammad and EJ. I couldn't thank you enough!!

Gas pumps suck- keypads are stuck, screens are unreadable. DONT COME HERE if you use the 7-11 app, steals your discount

I'm just a delivery guy and I shouldn't have to say or answer any questions before I can pick up a delivery. The guy asked me how I was doing and he wouldn't give me the order until I said something to him. If you guys do this to me one more time I will never come back to this location ever again..

Why are you giving me an attitude when I'm asking about the price of something lol. I'm trying to give you my money and you're actively preventing me from doing that"I won't know unless I ring it up"I mean I understand your reticence but like. Cash registers have void functions? They have since the '80s?

Every single time I go in there lately I leave pissed! The people that work during the day, the man and his wife are bitter individuals and should really focus on bringing their low score up.

The morning crew HORRIBLE, the old people are always mad. I am a regular customer and the old grumpy lady never wants to help. I walked in w/ 5$ worth of quarters (CASH) she did not want to sell me a lottery ticket . Said I have to bring it in a roll ???? They need to be replaced . Makes me think twice about shopping at that 711

Cool employees. Wish I knew their names. Slurpee machine almost always works. Would die without their service and convenience. Will only stop frequenting if I get rich and can buy my own slurpee machine. I love you

The older gentleman with the mustache who works the night shift here does not wear a mask despite the county mandate currently in effect. He is also rude, will not say a word during checkout, and regularly goes outside to hang out with the homeless who loiter outside the store. Everything here looks dirty as well, like the store never gets cleaned properly. I feel dirty just walking through here. Go to any other 7-eleven location in Simi.

This rating is on one staff member's service, not on the shop, I frequently use 7-Elevens, specifically this one. I have done shopping in this place for many years and all the employees have always been professional and service oriented. Today, one of the employees was disrespectful. She said her name was Lolita (Hindu lady). I bought some stuff and she also changed $10.00 in coins for bills. She gave me $20.00 in $5.00 bills as I also asked for $10.00 cash. I then thought that maybe she could still give me a $20.00 bill instead the four $5.00s. (I needed a $20.00 bill). I went back in line and had to wait again to get serviced. When I got to her I asked her if she could changed the four $5.00 bills for a $20.00 bill. She then proceeded to ignore me and went to attend 2 people behind me. When all the clients were gone, she told me that I needed to buy something for her to changed the bills. In the past, the owner had personally changed money for me (like quarters) and was polite. This lady said in resentment that she would only change it if I bought something. I told her that I had already bought stuff. She opened the cashier two times when she could have swapped the small bills for a larger bill. She said ironically, "Sorry" as I was leaving. I told her that I didn't feel she was sorry. She could also have said politely, "I apologize, but I can't do that without you buying something else." I would have been fine with that treatment, as opposed to her "Not-my-problem/I-don't-care attitude." I ended up having to go to the bank. This is the difference between service and not servicing just because she felt like it. I also did not appreciate her resentment.

This 711 is not great. If you can make it to a different one, do it. Customer service 0/10
