I came down here with my kids and we usually go to the location off of Sequoia but that store is super dirty and unfriendly. This location was super clean, organized and friendly. Thank you to Sony(manager) who gave our kids all a free lollypops which was such a big gesture. I suggest if you do not want to waste your time and receive the quality service you deserve then please go to this 7/1.

This is not a female friendly establishment. Both times I went the male cashier look like his eyes were going to pop out of his head and he needed a drool bucket. Can we please get some friendly cashiers at all these establishments? I would definitely not recommend this place or any other 7-Eleven that I have been to.

Very clean store all representatives are very nice, store is always stocked, the owner himself will help you find an item and if they don't have it for you they will order it even if 7 elevens don't have it !! Very wide variety of all snacks and drinks! Very good and clean store ! Cleanest 7 Eleven in Simi Valley !

This 7-11 has GREAT Customer Service !!!The staff friendly, and good at taking care of customers !!! The Hot Food (Pizza / Wings / Hot Dogs, etc are generally We’ll supplies and FRESH !!!I appreciate this location and TODAY, Sony that did assure us that the Specials in the APP were valid at their store !!!Thank You !!!

Generally good customer service, but the night crew doesn't wear a mask
Edit: I went inside to use the ATM out of convenience and thinking they would wear masks during the day
They do not wear masks and I took a picture this time

We went to the 7-11 on the SW corner of Cochran and Tapo Canyon, walked up to their front door, and immediately turned around. We went back to our car and drove to a different 7-11 - one that didn't have rats scurrying past me right into a rat "motel." Well, maybe it was actually a no kill trap. And, to be truthful, there was only one rat. He just seemed to rush into it as though he'd set up house. Yes. You read this correctly. A RAT. Plus there was a second rat "building" on the east wall. Buyer beware.
