They don't have restrooms for paying customers and the employee was on the phone the entire time and very rude.

Get your slurpee game together. Summer is coming up it's 7/11 ppl go there for slurpees not an empty machine. The turban man is rude! Luckily it's clean but I'd rather go elsewhere to get my slurpees from now on. Let's fill the machine daily every morning. Get your price together uniform style. Food looks gross! Greasy .

They have some very strange employees. I've had to walk the cashier through a basic transaction just to buy my merchandise and get out of there. I went in there yesterday and the cashier was openly eating a chicken leg at the cash register, she did an intermission in the middle of the exchange to clean the meat off the bone, and had sauce smeared across her face the whole time. The service isn't the greatest, but I wouldn't call it bad. Everyone who works there is nice, but I guess I'm turned off by people eating saucy wings in my face while touching the things I want to buy.

Employee with a backwards hat and hair accused me of stealing cause I looked at him twice. All I was trying to do was buy two sodas after school, so I left. Not supplying a guys paycheck who falsely accuses me, That’s how you lose customers.

Rude employee. There was a line and only one employee working on one register until another employee came to help on the other register. But she said gas only, so I did not go as I will get lotto, so she took the next customer who paid for gas then went back in the line behind me as he has lotto too. So she asked him will you get anything else, he said I will get lotto, so she helped him and here I asked her , do you select customers ?? You said gas only ? But you helping him fir lotto and you did not help me although I came first for lotto too, that was very rude. I will never go there again.

I tried to use my 7-11 points to get $2 off my sandwich and the guy said "I pushed the buttons too fast" so he can't honor it. What a load. of horse manure. He was just too lazy..bad attitude and their selection sucks. Now I know why I go to AM/PM. I used to work at 7-11 back in the 80's when they still carried good name brands. Now everything is their "house brand" and it all suuuuucks.

Employees let two men walk around the store without masks on and one of those customers was coughing around the soda fountain while pouring his big gulp. His buddy was joking about it being covid, and still the employees served them and let them walk around store.

Passing by, needed some snacks- stopped in to grab items then noticed the bathroom was available and used it. Afterwards got yelled at by cashier( man). There was not sign that said bathroom not available for public used. Cashier was very rude and also yelled at my husband who did not use the bathroom and continued to argue with my husband as we paid for our items and then left. If the store doesn't want anyone using their bathroom, they should have a sign at the bathroom door. No wonder there's many other customers that also puts in bad reviews about the bathroom use at this location.

If I could give this place zero stars I would check all product expiration dates before buying from this location as I have purchased expired food on multiple occasions from here. Management is quite simply terrible.
