I stopped by here this morning because of the lottery fever of course. I came in the morning so it was basically quiet here. When I walked in, I greeted the worker and went straight to the chocolate bar aisle. I wanted a Crunch bar and they had it in stock. The place looked organized and clean when I was here. I also looked at their soda selection but I didn't get anything else. I looked at the hot dogs and pizza rolls as well but nothing stood out to me. So I went and ask for some lotto tickets. The worker kept asking how many I wanted so I had to repeat myself 3 time. He printed me each quick pick on separate paper so I don't know if he's new or if it was just early morning for him since they are open 24/7. But I was patient since I wasn't in any rush and I been there before when it was my first day if it was his.

As soon as I walked into the store the guy working behind the counter told me to they are closed because it's his cleaning time. What does open 24 7 mean then.

Awful customer service. Almost terrifying actually. I avoid this location at all costs. So unsettling, the workers. So rude that it’s impossible they were born with decency at all. It’s okay to not understand what a person is saying and it’s okay to have bad days/weeks/months. Hell, even years. But to be this far off from humanity while working in customer service is a joke. I have yet to meet a good person that waltz’s into this location. Do something about it. It’s disturbing.

Manager is consistently disrespectful and flat out rude every time i go here. I have watched the way he treats his employees as well , and frankly i think he has more respect for a stray dog. I avoid this place if possible.

First off, the manager and the younger guy are rude. I get that working at 7-Eleven they probably interact with some questionable types, but I was pretty polite and they treated me like trash. Don't purchase any rechargeable tobacco devices, they're likely dated and unchecked. I bought one that wouldn't charge and took it back a couple days later - the manager after some back and forth gave me a replacement but insisted that I test the charge of the new device in the store. Good thing we did because it didn't charge either. He opened a third one and it too wouldn't charge. I suggested that maybe if the batteries were full it wouldn't charge so I told him I would take them both since I felt bad that he opened two off the shelf. We made an agreement that if they wouldn't charge after a couple days to bring them back for a refund. I asked him to sign the actual device with a sharpie (which he did) and I left. The first replacement felt like it was dying off the bat, needless to say didn't charge. The second one had a good draw but also wouldn't charge. By the end of day two both blinked indicating a charge was needed but neither one would charge. I took them back per our agreement. The younger cashier was immediately suspicious when I asked for the manager. He told me the manager was busy and to wait. He proceeded to help everyone in the store, including folks who walked in long after I stood there waiting. Finally, he goes to the back and I see the same manager I spoke with (who signed the devices) come from the back. He told me he had to call the owner and I continued to wait. At the end of it all he refused to honor the agreement. Wouldn't even take back the second device I bought because I felt bad that he had to open a second one. In the end it wasn't that big of a deal because I just disputed the transactions, but dishonest people just bug me so I wanted to give folks a heads up. Hookah Valley is cheaper and their products actually work if you're looking.

Just left there I was updating my phone number on the 7-11 app…. The “owner” walked up to my car and said I had been parked there for too long mind you I had been there literally 4 minutes while the app sent me the verification …. The crazy part it doesn’t state anywhere that that’s 7-11 parking. So I kindly asked him who he was he stated he was the store owner. I told him he lost a customer because he was rude about it. The girl at the front counter is always nice and polite that’s probably the only thing I will miss about this 7-11. Next time don’t walk up to the customer like a creep and ask them to leave, lost me as a customer I will be taking my business to am pm their coffee is better either way.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Who in their right mind feels compelled enough to write a review on a 7/11 location? This gal right here. The floors were so dirty they were sticky (which is not the first time I’ve encountered this) but the kicker was that the cashier literally took my credit card out of my hand without saying anything. All I was trying to do was use the tap feature that was displaying on their what I assume is new scanning device to pay. (He inserted the chip, but again, he literally did not say a word to indicate that he was going to “help” me.) It also took a team of 2 more than 2 minutes to figure out what a hot dog cost.

Go there and look at the soda machine/lids or floors at any time. Then write here. Yes they dodge anything in favor of customers. There incredibly cheap there.

Owner (works night shift) is a total j**** He will lie about discounts, rewards, refuse coupon. Be careful because he sometimes even shortchanges. Everyone else, best employees ever. Super kind and helpful and honestly deserve to make a lot more money for how well they do their job.
