Karim went above and beyond to help me and make the process as easy as possible. The suit was tailored perfectly and he knew EXACTLY what I needed the second I walked through the door. Be sure to ask for Karim when you go here!!

Always great service, I have been going to the Simi Store since they opened. Recently my teenage son needed a Tux for school. It was less expensive to buy at 3 day then rent.

They have a huge selection of formal wear: suits, sport coats, and all accessories. It looks like Costco inside, but with suits and jackets. I needed a black suit or sport coat for a funeral, and they had a nice selection at good prices. They do tailoring in case adjustments are needed. I bought a sport coat and 3 pairs of cotton dress socks.
The salesperson was not pushy and knew exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

They close at 5 I got there at 4:50 to grab a black coat I knew exactly what I needed and walked in the store and got turned away because "it was too close to closing" I would have been out of there before it was even officially closed, I've been here before and same horrible service and everything is made very cheap, better off going to Men's warehouse

Walked in to get a suit and get it tailored. The employee treated us like shit, ignored us and then snarled at us when we asked for help. He guessed my size based on eyeing me (incorrectly) and then basically told me to figure it out. My fiance found a suit she liked for me, but I refused. I'm not gonna do a huge song and dance for the right to be a customer without being treated like an asshole. Not giving this business a penny when I feel that level of hostility. Go to Men's Wearhouse.

The Simi Valley store has a decent collection, though not necessarily in the size I was looking for. It is well maintained. Store person is very sweet talker and likely very helpful too.That is the extent of anything positive I will say. However, when it comes to standing behind the policy printed on his receipt and a verbal agreement , he is an absolute j**** He has little regard for customers, especially if you're Indian or Paki. He himself is likely a Pakistani or an Indian. I probably will not return to the store. He is a very arrogant dude.He gives me a song and dance and some BS about covid when all I said was I will buy and return a suit if wife did not like the color. I purchased the evening before and he was up in all kinds of angry rhetoric because I returned it next morning. I fail to understand what his issue was. Covid? Laughable.I was nice to him. I did an even exchange and walked out. But not going back. Telling everyone I know to not go there.Again this is the Simi Valley store. Stay away from it!

He has an eye for style and color You will always leave feeling confident in your purchase and his tailor is fantastic very good! Whenever I'm in need of a suit I come to 3 day. Bad service. Walked in a the employee completely ignored us as he was on his phone. Did not offer to help and once we approached him he had bad attitude.

Never there when they are open. And when someone is there the door is locked and they have about to lunch sign up. What a waste of a business!
