Appreciate Ryan Davis, the service advisor's helped with my car. He's such a humble soul.
Last year I just bought my 2nd Honda. I do see the service not as quite good as 10 years ago. I meant the technicians. I used Honda since 2013. My car came out clean and inside carpet too. But now, it's dirty inside and outside when I got it back.
The first time they didn't fix my A/C, and I got my car back exactly like the car I turned it in. I was disappointing and felt wasted of my whole day without a car, but they took care of it at my 2nd appointment. I think they need more technicians to work, and they need keep track with their work, and do car inspection before they take it back and show to the costumer.

My recent car lease purchase was a thoughtful experience with First Honda Dealership, thanks to the excellent service provided by the team at First Honda dealership.
I appreciate Johann David, Sales Consultant’s patience in answering my questions, assisting with the test drive, and guiding me through the selection process. His expertise and commitment to recommending the ideal car for my needs played a crucial role in the selection of the desired vehicle.
I greatly appreciate Bob Faeber, Sales Manager, for his invaluable support, oversight, and willingness to clarify details throughout the transaction. His friendly demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills stood out. I am thankful for his efforts to ensure everything was handled efficiently, which helped build my trust and confidence in the dealership.
Overall, Bob and Johann’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a smooth and hassle-free experience were truly great!

Why is Simi Honda so untrustworthy? Luckily I marked my tires before I brought it in, because I've heard that they lie about rotating tires, so make sure to mark your tires when you take it in for that service. The mechanic lied on the paperwork and when you tell the service manager he gets in your face. The sales manager, Charles, is so condescending and says it's not a big deal that they lied. I don't know how anyone, especially women, feel safe going there.
If I hadn't done that I would've gone thinking the rotation was done and caused uneven wear on my tires.
I will also be emailing in order to leave records of this. I hope they stop doing this to other customers!

I tried talking to Charles directly and he completely ignored me. I raised my voice to get his attention and he made a mockery out of my frustration. Then Lorenzo, who falsely filled the paperwork, also came to mock me and when I showed him his error he walked away. So, no.

Everything. The service advisor Ryan was courteous and warned me that service was busier than normal which allowed me to plan and have a peaceful afternoon. Ryan texted me when my car was ready. The car was clean and the price was great!

Worst dealership. Bought my car here, got the free 2 year maintenance... It wasn't free, they damaged it on the lift by lifting it from the wrong area, pushed in the cabin underneath. Then instead of doing the right thing, they lie and say they didn't damage it. Even though when I came back they knew the car. I own a damaged 2024 Honda SI. Great. Never buying a car there ever again, all First Auto I will never recommend. Still in disbelief that people like this still exist in the world today.

I’ve been to this dealership for service for a total of three times now. First two times went great, felt like I really got taken care of. Unfortunately, not so much for this third time.
I felt like the service advisor was rushing and didn’t really take the time to explain everything to me. I got the oil change package which included a tire rotation. When I got home, I noticed that my tires never actually got rotated, I could tell because one of my wheels has a scratch on it.
Perhaps they couldn’t rotate my tires because I have aftermarket wheels, so you need a specific socket to remove the lugs. However, I left the socket in the cup holder for them to use. I came back to the dealership soon after my discovery and they did apologize, and rotated my tires.
Although the work got done eventually, I just feel like if I’m paying for a service, no matter how small, if it wasn’t done for whatever reason, I should be notified about it and I definitely don’t think I should be charged for it. All I ask for is honesty.

I took my 2016 Honda Civic in 3 weeks ago because all of the dummy lights on my dashboard lit up and when stepping on the gas there was barely any power. Was told it was the turbocharger and that it would be replaced under warranty. It was ready after being at SV Honda from Mon-Fri. I picked it up Friday then 2 days later after getting off the freeway all of the dummy lights lit up again and lost acceleration power. I had to drive it back to Honda and left it overnight at the service department. They called me the next day to ask what happened and that they would let me know whats going on. They got back to me and said something may have gotten stuck in “a pipe” and that the tech needed further assistance to figure out the problem. I asked for a loaner and they gave me one since they needed time. They reached out to me again and said they figured out the problem. That the turbocharger had “too much play” and broke and were going to replace it with another new turbocharger. I called on the day they said it would be ready to confirm and the service advisor said the tech has it all put back together but wanted to test drive it the following morning and asked if i wouldnt mind leaving it an extra night. I said sure. They called me back today after my car has been at their shop for 2 weeks, not to tell me my car is all good and ready to go…instead they called me to tell me that my motor is on its last leg and needs to be replaced…hmmmm seems fishy to me. Not to mention last year i spent $4500 for a 100k mile tune up and ac evaporator replacement. Which they also had me come back a second time because the technician then forgot to install the evaporator expansion valve. And my ac still blows warm air sometimes at low temp settings. This place sucks. Zero stars.

Maintenance Services review
Bring the car for headlights warranty replacement.
After the replacement, I found the following issues:
- the head light was not connected correctly,
- all the bolts for the front bumper grille are missing,
- the front bumper grille was damaged.
Per my observation, the technician was half way thru work. There was no inspection for the repair/replacement process before return to the customer.
When bring the car in for the issues, the service presentative said to come back the next day with the following excuses:
- the person in charge of the last replacement is not available,
- and their network is down so they can’t find the work history.
Don’t bring your car here unless you have free time to waist and you don’t mind that your car got damage in the process. Would give them negative if possible.

This crew has been helpful ever since I bought my car brand new. However I didn’t buy my car from them. I wish I did and I regret that I did not. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I stopped going to the other Honda dealership after the very first visit to their service center. Horrible experience. Honda of simi has won my business! And as a surprise they usually wash my car before giving it back, even for just an oil change…and it’s cheaper than the other place I was taking it to! Amazing!

John at the service department was AMAZING. My car wouldn't start and he was able to get me in the same day I called. John made sure we were kept updated throughout the process and my car was fixed the next day! Thank you John and everyone at the service department!

John was very professional, wonderful friendly smile and dedicated to take care of my car needs. They ran a complete diagnostic of my car. John found out on his own and acknowledge that I had a Honda maintenance prepaid package and there was no charge. The car recall and maintenance was done on a timely manner and I was able to pick up my car early afternoon. I will definitely be back for future repairs.
