I've been a wine collector for over 20 years. 7 years ago I was fortunate to build and help design our most recent home. As a hobbyist woodworker, I built the wine cellar to be able to house a significant collection. I went with a CellarPro 4200 self contained unit which only lasted a few years. Not knowing, I replaced it with another unit which lasted several months. I'm not going to knot them even though the support left me wanting more. Realizing that this wasn't the solution, I searched for a more reliable system. I talked to several manufacturers and found Dan at US Cellar Systems. He explained what I really needed and why my previous purchases were doomed to fail. I sent him everything about my cellar and between him and his daughter we came up with the RM 8000 Ventless Split System. They expedited the build and shipped it across country. It didn't stop there. Once I was able to find a competent installer, he was right there to answer any and all questions and within 7 hours of installation my unit was up and running. If you have over 1000 bottles, you need to get a US Cellar System. They won't sell directly to the end user which I respect. I found Sam Kim at Vintage Cellars who's quite good as well to help with the purchase and follow it through the shipping. The experience was exceptional and I now have a professional unit for a large wine collection with technical support that you simply can't beat. They're not fancy, just good and responsive.

I can’t say enough about the team at US CELLARS. They are responsive, professional and a great resource for your refrigeration needs. They are offer competitive pricing and strong support with refrigeration equipment, service and repairs, warranty claims…you name it. Bottom line: They help me and my business save time and money. These guys know what they are doing. Be smart and listen, don't think you can adjust something, modify things, and then go opps. Wine Cellar cooling is no joke, and all the teams out there that think they got this.... Well I have seen those results. I refer clients to Heather and Dan, as well as purchase some systems from them. They are one of the few stand up companies out there, to deal with.

US Cellar Systems is a company that I have been working with for the past 5 years. They are dependable and know their stuff. If there is ever something you do not know about an install, just pick up the phone and Dan has the answers. He knows everything about these units. I have not stumped him yet... and I have had lots of questions over the years. Heather will give you an estimate and send specs promptly. They are a great team to work with.

Keep in mind that proper wine cellar maintenance is really refrigeration, and not simply "air conditioning". This is especially important when dealing with collectable wines such as Chas. Schulz's Peanuts Grigio, and The Cabernet of Dr. Caligari
