I've had a mixed bag here. I've had two friendly salespeople, who didn't know their stuff well, and one condescending guy who kept arguing with me and clearly didn't know the product. If you have questions, I would recommend going elsewhere. Turners just happens to be the closest outdoors store to me.

This place is mostly interested in only selling guns. If nobody is working the fishing department, forget about getting any help. Might as well go to a fishing tackle store if you need to ask questions with selecting a rod or reel.
