Coustomer service/ Returns had an attitude when i was trying to replace and failed to help me with some Husky tools which supposedly have lifetime warranty. They look at you as if you are some low life who cannot afford tools. MFs why offer lifetime warranty if they are not going to make it valid. Mind you i had the tools for over a year and im going to Lowe's to replace the broken tools for brand new ones.

A little birdie overheard a cashier talking at the returns counter. The customer service was not professional. During the entire transaction, the cashier was in conversation with other coworkers talking about what alcohol he prefers to drink. He even dropped the "F" bomb in the conversation. Word to the Wise: Customers walking by should not be able to hear your employee's inappropriate conversations!

Associates were absolutely uninterested in helping me find what I needed. I went to customer service for directions. The people in the department I was directed to were apathetic and mumbled to say they didn't know why I was sent to them. I asked if anyone was available to answer specific questions. I was directed to the store manager for help. He was slightly more helpful, he found the item I was asking for but he could not answer questions about actual dimensions of the item I was looking at. And he was unwilling to let me open the box to measure. I'd like to get it right and not need to return a product that didn't fit. Helpful / NOT helpful? Definitely NOT! This whole store needs an attitude adjustment.

No Customer Service what's so ever! Mike Manager was on shift that night 092523 from what I was told. I Arrived at approximately 7:50pm I simply needed to purchase a pressure washer, I waited for over half an hour on aisle 49 for assistance and Request for assistance by a member 3 times and no one showed up. This was by far the worst experience at a Home Depot I've come across.LOWES is normally a little higher on the price but their service is always Good you get what you pay for.

This place has no place to park due to the extreme amount of vendors in the parking lot if you want burritos, sodas, leather belts, and every Home Depot type products being sold outside the store from non-Home Depot people, here is the place for you to go. I'm surprised Home Depot or the manager in general would allow this to happen while their customers do not have a place to park. These people are getting free rent in the parking lot. I going to sell in their parking lot because they obviously don't do anything about enforcing it. This is getting out of hand. I do find that Lowes is a lot better these days, and will be taking the lead over Home Depot which I've been loyal to for more than 30 years. What goes up must come down.

My auntie comes home telling me about her rude and unpleasant experience with Melanie in customer service. I can't believe they accused her of stealing a plant that she returned. I'm so done with this store.

They might as will not have employees here. The guys in the paint section are pretty good right now, but the rest of the employees pretty much.... If what you need is behind one of the locks good luck. I've asked like four people for help in the last 10 minutes people just keep walking by.

Renting gas powered lawn trimmer was easy and help their was excellent:-) my veterans discount was not n o t allowed sadly. They gave me some string for the 24-hour rental but it was hardly enough but gave me a gas container with plenty of gas that really worked well. Still owed $2 and something at the end of my deposit but that's fine so it was about $52 for the day

When did it get so bad? The only contact a customer has usually is with the cashier. Tonight, I went in to make a purchase and to check on the status of the tax exemption. I was told by the cashier that that was normally done with a visit to the department of motor vehicles or the DMV.I asked to speak to a supervisor, who is just as ignorant as the cashier. Moving to another cashier who needed to look up the tax exemption by spelling, the name of the company, however, she was not able to spell. And stormed off in a half in the middle of the transaction, another cashier was able enough to be able to look up the tax exemption number and the transaction was finally completed after a so-called cashier supervisor got involved. Exceptionally bad service to many other outlets where one can spin ones money without getting insulted. When did it get so bad?

Hi my husband made a purchase at homedepot in April 2019. Somehow his card was rejected so he paid by check it was $351.11. Later he found out they cashed the check and also charged the same amount on his card.he tried to resolve it but nothing happened .he forgot about it he found the papers now and I was wondering if Home Depot can resolve it.the person I touch was Fausto peralta.
