Every time I come here the same lady is always rude to me. The customers before and after me ,she is nice to them. But for some reason she is always really rude to me. Her manager needs to speak with her about her attitude. I tried to look at her name tag but she stayed facing the right side so I couldn’t see. It’s the Woman who wears a facemask and a Hijab.

I picked up a drive up order and the items were literally missing from inside the packaging. I didn’t check when she gave them to me because why would I expect the items to be missing from inside the boxing and packaging. I won’t be coming here again, I got the refund but what a waste of time. I think it’s time for corporate to investigate why items are missing before they are being handed to the customer. This is a run down, filthy, disgusting Target that makes the brand look cheap.

This is a fairly small Target, but the customer service is the best that I have had thus far. I went to a Torrance location and the Manager didn’t want to honor an in store credit for a return, she told me to go to another store. The Signal Hill location went above and beyond when I visited their location. The manager was efficient, catered to my needs and concerns in a timely manner. The cashier was friendly and asked me how my day was going, and I decided to have a good day just because she asked me. Those are the benefits of dealing with this location. Thank you for helping me out!

I have always liked Target! I love that they keep a clean store. I love that I've ALWAYS been drawn toward working there. I highly value their stance AGAINST human trafficking and slavery! If I re-enter the workforce, I'll likely apply at Target first!

You can't use cash in their express lane, The line for a cashier is at least 20 minutes,I will be going to Walmart in the future. Stupidest thing I ever heard of.

Avoid this location at allcost. Not enough staff to tend to customer needs; be ready to be in long lines to check out. self check out isn't available no clue why it's even there in the first place. You can't cash out at the pharmacy, even if you are picking up your medication and trying to buy other stuff other than medicine. Because Target don't allow won't. Because Target don't allowed it. It's an inconvenience. I hate to say it, but Target you're turning into a damn Walmart.! Rundown and extra inconvenience as fuck, get your shit together or you'll be the next out of business Rite Aid type of shit.
