Amazing quality and broken in with a pocket. Can’t beat the price and amazing service. Both the catchers mitt and infielders glove are beautiful. Came sooner then they promised.

A friend of us recommended Marco to me. He was at the park at tournament in Moreno Valley on July 16. I placed an order with him for my son. I paid the glove in full expecting my kid’s glove at the end of September. I called the store on the tenth week, a young kid answered the phone, and he stated that it was not ready to check back with them in couple of days. I called on the 12th week and Marco stated that now he needs two more weeks to break in the glove. I told him that in our contract stated 10 weeks not 12 or more. Now he needs 14 weeks!! He asked if I would like to cancel my order. I went ahead and I canceled my order. He might do a good job with his gloves; however, the way he run his business is poorly documented, and his schedule is way off. I think my order was misplaced or he did not send it to his outsource.

Great until...Marco and his team were working on a new ambidextrous glove. Just so happened I had a 6 year old that needed one.Order and Marco's team went to work. About 8 weeks later we got the glove. It was absolutely huge and not fit to his hand specs. Sent it back and marco would see what he could do. Received it again and it fit better for his hand but still just way too long as I ordered an 11 inch and this was not that. Asked for a refund twice and got no response.

My girlfriend custom made me a glove thru this company which is awesome gift. To bad the glove is garbage and doesn't fit. My hand didn't fit in the glove at all. Not by a long shot. They would not let us send it back to be fixed or return it and get her money back. Not to mention it took like 4-5 months to get. I do not like anything about this glove at all. I much rather use a $40 glove from big 5 or DICK'S than this glove.

I've bought five gloves From Soto Glove.In my opinion I think it's best just to show up to the signal Hill location instead of dealing with an authorized vendor in the street.Reasons being it's cheaper at the location,takes longer to get to you they try and charge for speedy delivery lol (4weeks) but it's really 8 weeks.You have a better selection at the store.I bought my last glove from sito gloves a couple weeks ago .I dealt with a rep. from the Pomona area this last order I not happy with his service .So I've decided to buy another brand of gloves.I can get the same service from Wilson

Two years ago I was looking for a quality softball glove to invest in, and I was referred to Soto Custom Gloves. I decided to give their gloves a try. I walked into the store and was immediately content with all the custom gloves. Soto manufacturers custom the most unique gloves for each customer. I was filled with joy as I chose my color design and my choice of embroidery. They have an excellent staff who knows their products very well. I felt safe spending my money on this glove knowing that they are knowledgeable and have been in the game for years now. It took a few weeks for the glove to get manufactured and delivered to my house. I opened the package and tested it out. I was impressed with how good the padding felt in my glove. My hands no longer hurt from hard ground balls. I give Soto a 10/10. The glove looks great and does the job well. I couldn't be any happier with this company and the service.
