I'm happy with my experience at Signal Hill Self Storage. The team made it easy, from renting the unit to moving in. Access is convenient, and they offer a variety of unit sizes. The business is reliable and I recommend giving them a call if you are thinking about a storage facility.

This place is definitely affordable, helpful, and I have never had any problem with resolving any issue that may arise. Signal Hill Self Storage is hands down the most affordable storage unit facility that you'll find anywhere. I am pleased with their service!

These guys have never delivered anything less than excellent customer service. They are quick to respond, easy and professional to talk to, and all the furniture and antiques I have in my unit have been safe and secure. Zero complaints and highly recommend.

For about a year and a half I've rented storage space when I moved, and my stuff's been secure and easy to access. The staff is friendly, and they are making much needed renovations, but for the price point, I've been satisfied with this place. Check them out!

I've been a customer at Signal Hill Self Storage for almost two years now, and my experience has been consistently excellent. From the start, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all my options and ensured I found the perfect storage solution for my needs.
The security measures, including surveillance cameras and gated access, are top-notch and have been reliable throughout my time here.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to my unit. Even though parking is a bit limited, I've never had an issue with parking or accessing the facility.
What has impressed me most is the consistency in their service. Signal Hill Self Storage has kept their rates competitive, and I feel like I'm getting excellent value for my money.
Overall, I highly recommend Signal Hill Self Storage to anyone in need of a reliable and professional storage facility. Their commitment to customer satisfaction has exceeded my expectations, and I am glad that I made the decision to store my belongings here.

Easily accessible and good location. Staff happy and kind. Price comparable with other facilities. Bathroom locked sometimes but main lobby always available. Dollies and carts for our needs. Email correspondence excellent for keeping me up to date on closures, changes, opportunities. Even a bill reminder for us! Cool.. recommended.. Rebecca Blue

I've been using Signal Hill Self Storage for 7 months now and it has been decent for what I need and want. My partner had already been renting a unit for a year or two, so I got to see the service, quality, etc before renting one myself. Here are some of my thoughts so far:
Pros
- Service is great. Everyone I've spoken to that the front desk has always been friendly and helpful. One guy (didn't catch his name) helped us move our couch through the back parking lot when we realized the couch wouldn't fit in the elevator. Also, Marina, who set me up in the beginning was amazing! I don't think she's there any more but she was great.
- My unit is dry and as clean as could be for a storage unit
- I do feel like the building is secure, as you need a code to get in to the storage area and all other entrances are locked.
- You can get discounts on your rent if you prepay upfront. I haven't taken advantage of it as of now, but would like to, as you get a month or even two months' rent off.
Cons
- There used to be a back entrance which made it easier when moving in heavy things (no need to use the elevator). They had to close off those entrances, however, due to complaints from nearby residents about parking. I don't blame them, but it definitely didn't make things easier.
- During the rainy months, I have seen leaking in the hallways. Fortunately, I haven't experienced any in my unit as of now, but I hope it gets fixed. Or maybe it's already fixed and I just wait for the rainy months this year.

I really believe that any1 who has posted a positive review on this business is either family or friends of the Manger. This was a negative experience that will hunt me & my friends 4ever.
Regrettably, my friend of 65 years rented 3 units here & brought his 60 years of comics & toys collection with faith that they would b safe. The 3 units were broken into opening box by box, create by create taking everything saleable plus almost half of his comics, approximately 15000. They took their time 2 go through each box choosing every comic with value. After doing all of this, hey had an auction. Then, ater having the auction they sent my friend an email asking him 2 pay & bring the account UpTo date.
My friend was so devastated & even got sick. I advise veey1 2 b careful. Don't go here.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Signal Hill Self Storage. Their customer service was abysmal, to say the least. From the moment I reached out for assistance, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
The representative I spoke to was not only rude but also shockingly unhelpful. It’s as if they were trained in the art of avoiding any actual problem-solving. When I asked for clarification on a billing issue, they brushed me off with vague responses and a dismissive tone.
But it didn’t end there. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, they flat-out refused, claiming they were the highest authority. Seriously? I’ve never encountered such arrogance and incompetence in my life.
Save yourself the headache and frustration. Avoid like the plague. There are plenty of other businesses out there that actually appreciate their customers and provide decent service.

I definitely do not recommend this place. The staff is friendly but there is a reason why it’s the most affordable place around. The place has very questionable tenants, is filled w roaches and rodents, and it is highly likely that your possessions will suffer water damage when it rains. For me, it’s well worth the money to pay a few more dollars for a cleaner more reputable facility. Rent at your own risk. Good luck

As a tenant of Signal Hill Self Storage, I’ve consistently had a fantastic experience. Their storage facilities are clean, well managed and the staff there are always ready to help. Definitely recommend considering their prices too!
