You’re literally just paying for the name and the quality is subpar. They have a poor return process and no customer service. Returned a gi I purchased and it’s been over 2 weeks (all business days) for a status on my refund. I ended up having to reach out by email to the company for my refund and it took another 5-10 business days until I got my money back. That’s over a month for a return! I even had to pay for the shipping fee myself when returning my items. I am not satisfied at all with the experience I’ve had.

Shoyoroll is probably the worst use of your money possible in BJJ. You get Walmart quality for a luxury price. After owning a Shoyoroll, I have never been more disappointed in myself for falling for their marketing and believing that they actually made quality Gi's. Please spend your money elsewhere or maybe even buy 2 good quality Gi's for the price you would spend on one Shoyoroll

The staff treats their athletes and ambassadors like family. Been a part of the crew since 2009. They have always had my back. Family!!!

Stayed up for their Black Friday drops (both) and everything popular was sold out within seconds (impossible to checkout that fast). I have 1GB internet so my connection is fine...I don't think they had half of what they posted and just wanted to stir the hype to increase sales. Messaged them on social media and completely ignored my them so now leaving this review. Won't be a SYR customer anymore. Plus totes are so dumb compared to drawstring bags. They are moving backwards in ideas, designs and quality in my opinion.

Terrible as a business. $70 US for shipping to brampton. Absolute coward and they ignore emails.

Shoyotrash. Your 290$ gi ripped on me within my first month of use. Terrible quality and complaicent "we don't care" attitude from these guys. No returns, no replacement, no respect for the customers who pay to keep your lights on. AVOID.

Shoyoroll sold me a gi that bled red all over the arm. Then they failed to send me a return package and when I disputed the charge with the credit card company, they refused to refund me money for a defective product. I would NOT recommend this company or their product as they clearly have problems with accountability and a non-existent consumer protection policy.

I have 12 Shoyoroll gi's that I have been purchasing, collecting and competing in since about 2012. I also have several pairs of nogi shorts rash guards Etc. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on merchandise and wear Shoyoroll almost exclusively. I recently purchased several items in an online sale/release from the company one of them being a white hoodie. The hoodies sold out in just a few minutes. When I received it, I noticed it came in slightly damaged. I contacted the company and they said no problem send it back and we will send you a new one that they had one in stock. About a week later I received an email saying that they had messed up and did not have one in stock and I would be getting a refund. I told them I do not want a refund I would just take my old hoodie back instead and they said they cannot do that. I feel like I was lied to and I was deceived. If I knew that I would not be receiving a replacement hoodie I never would have sent in mine in the first place. One of the things I enjoy most about this brand is the exclusiveness. Unless you buy it on eBay at a ridiculous price it's hard to get. I was lucky enough to get a hoodie only to have the company steal it from me.

56 USD$ for standard USPS shipping? What a joke. Hopefully my expensive AF GI will hold up but reading online about the poor quality has me regretting my purchase.

Just so everyone knows if you place an order and it unfortunately gets stolen, don't expect this company to do anything about it. Once your money is gone, it's gone. They don't process theft like a normal company, they don't work with their Fedex shipping. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU BUY. Their response to theft is "it's not our fault".
