Be careful with this company a year and a half ago they came in to helping me with the water damage in my property, they came in and took all my stuff to the storage unit. I asked them not to do it to leave them in front of my house in the storage container. They refuse it and they say they was not allowed to do that, I tell them I don’t want my stuff away from my house. I want it in front of my property and they denied it. Unfortunately is being a year and a half since they took my my property and the storage and the unit no contract no prices on anything. They just took it. I’ve been fighting with them to get it back since day one and they refuse it now it’s been so long and they charging a ridiculous amount of money from storage, they only wanna make the most of you money in your ignorance about the situation it’s so sad. They act in bad faith is so sad they take advantage of your ignorance? Please be careful About this company is being a year and a half and I never get my stuff back from them now they say they’re gonna put a lien in my house so just be careful with this company

I had some mold growing on the walls in my childs room. I wanted someone to come out to help understand the cause and the severity of the problem. Jose came out and said that the mold was simply a result of my old house not having insulation which resulted in condensation on the walls in wintertime. He told me how to wash the mold away to solve the problem. He didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary services, just a simple fix for a simple problem. I would absolutely reach out to Save the Day Restoration again in the future and recommend them to friends

The Save the Day team is a well oiled machine. They are quick to stop whatever problem you are having and get your project moving in the right direction. Frank and his team of professionals are easy to work with and can switch gears when needed. The helped me out back in 2020 with water damage that we had in one of our properties and has has been our go to company for most of our contracting needs ever since. Any type of damage is heartbreaking to deal with especially when you are working with the insurance company but he and his team of contacts were able to help me to navigate the process and cross the finish line with my property in better shape than when we started.

I highly recommend this company. We have done several projects with them, large & small, over several years. Frank, the owner, is honest, knowledgable, informative, resourceful & reliable. Frank and his crew helped me to navigate through my insurance claim and they did a fabulous job of installing new flooring, and beautiful baseboards all throughout the home. I had a small problem with a coupler of gaps appearing between two flooring pieces and had his guys right out to fix them (after they'd been paid). I would highly recommend their services! During the rainy season, we had a substantial amount of water that was coming into our den/office via a leak around our window. Manny and Joshua from Save The Day came on 7/24 to troubleshoot the leak as well as remove mold that was in the wall from the moisture. Manny and Joshua carefully put up a containment, removed dry wall to assess the mold and leak, and did a water test. They were very courteous and professional, as well as very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each step to me which I appreciated.I will add to this review after Save the Day returns to do the repair and complete the job. I'm pretty confident they will do a good job!

Completely unprofessional experience with employee Albert Garcia.I had my upstairs neighbor spring a pipe leak on Monday that caused water to drip into my condo from the ceiling. Called this company due to its positive reviews, and they were able to send out an inspection team the same day. Since I am a first time homeowner and this is the first time going through this process, I asked what the options would be. I was told that they could bring fans and a dehumidifier, and if that didn't work to dry everything out, they could begin the process of cutting out the damage in the ceiling. They also said that I could skip the first option and start on the second option immediately. They called into the office and verbally quoted me the cost of option one on the spot, while they said that they would provide a written quote for both options the following day.I hadn't gotten an email with the quotes, so I called the following (Tuesday) day and was told they were still working on the quotes. I called back the following day (Wednesday) and they said that they would email me the quote by the following (Thursday) morning. I hadn't seen the quotes on Thursday, so I called in again asking for a status update. The receptionist eventually transferred my call to a manager Albert who I presume is the person that is in charge in the inspection team. Immediately he was extremely rude, saying the quote was only good for the same day. When I tried to explain that I was waiting on the written quote for both options, he continued to cut me off with rude remarks saying things such as I was complaining that it cost too much. How would I know how much it costs when I was never emailed the written quotes, which I was trying to obtain for insurance purposes? Eventually he hung up on me without resolving any issue.The company getting an inspection team out here the same day was great. The inspection team was great at explaining what they were doing and what remediation steps would need to be taken. However, from there that is when expectations from this company completely fell apart. I never saw a written quote for three days and when I called to inquire about it, I had to deal with a highly unprofessional manager who resolved nothing.

I had a major flood in my home, but luckily I found Save the Day Restoration to help me out. Within hours of contacting them, Frank and his team were at my place to address the issue. Not only did I hire them for the emergency mitigation, but I also chose Frank as my contractor to restore my home.I have been extremely happy with Frank and his team throughout this entire process. One thing that has stood out to me is their punctuality. When Frank says he will be there with his team at 8 o'clock in the morning, they show up right on time at 8 AM. This may seem like a small detail, but it was very important to me that I could rely on Frank to timely finish the work.With their efficient and dedicated efforts, I was back in my home in no time. The prompt and professional service provided by Save the Day Restoration has been exceptional. I would highly recommend Frank and his team to my family and friends. In fact, I've had such a positive experience with them that I can confidently say Save the Day Restoration is the best choice for any restoration needs you may have.

Save The Day restoration literally did save the day! We had a water leak on one of our properties and not only used them for the mitigation process but also the rebuild. We didn't expect the damage to be as bad as it was, but Save The Day restoration basically has to redo our entire home from the floors, to walls, to bathrooms etc. Frank was incredibly helpful and responsive. The entire team, really. We had a project manager who text me with updates and even helped me pick out items when I wasn't sure what would look good. While we used insurance to cover the majority of the damage, there were still other issues with our property that came up and Save The Day restoration helped us fix those in a timely manner and fair price. They were very competitive and also went above and beyond to repair anything that wasn't up to par. I expected the process to be grueling and unpleasant because the house flooding was a really unfortunate and stressful thing to begin with. But Save The Day restoration was as helpful as possible so there wasn't any added stress. I really appreciate that! I have other properties and will absolutely use them again.

Frank was a very helpful when our house flooded. He took our call in the evening and provided invaluable advice and support throughout the ordeal. Despite not being able to use his services due to time constraints, we highly recommend Frank for his professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help. There are so many great things to say about Frank and his team as they worked on my kitchen remodel. No remodel is easy but Frank and Manny made it seem like a breeze. They worked very well with us during our constant change orders, continuing the project in a professional manner while we were out of the country for a few weeks and thorough enough to make sure the quality of the project was upheld. I will definitely put them first for any future projects we have planned.
