This whole theft process Ross has is ridiculous the fact that you have to still wait in
long lines that you can’t FIX and less cashiers makes coming to Ross not even worth it anymore then you have to wait to get in wait to leave the store and wait with regular purchase line just to make a return so expect to spend more time waiting in line while they only have 2 cashiers ….going to Marshals
