I enjoy coming here with my husband. There is this lady that always has a smile on her face and the gentlemen that does my pedicure is very delicate with my pedicures, which is a huge green flag. I always make sure to call to ensure they have time for us or a heads up. Also another lady always gives my husband tips on what seems to help others to reduce callus and other tips.

just a bad experience. The lady doing my nails shaved them down so much they are super thin and breaking apart. She said she did not want to soak them longer because it would take to long but she grind them down to the skin. She was not careful with my nails. I don't recommend this place.

My toes are sore from the pedicure. They cut the cuticle too close and now they're raw. I paid extra for gel and it peeled off the same day. ? They gave me a price when I arrived $37 and then charged me $49 when she was done. She never asked me if I wanted gel. She just went ahead and did it. Mae Mae did my pedicure. won't be coming here again.

The best prices and Hannah does the best pedicure around. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here just to get my pedicure done by her :)!

I'm so mad! I got my nails done here by the man, and he did a spectacular job. I stayed in Long Beach for the weekend, and was leaving on a cruise Monday morning. I wanted something new and fresh so I got a color change with some designs. He did a amazing job on my nails!!! I'm so mad because I don't live in Long Beach. I asked in Modesto, and he is way better than my nail technician and Modesto! He knows what he's doing and could probably do your nails with his eyes closed! Give this place a try you won't be sorry!

was scheduled a appt for 1:30 pm today with Hannah and when i got there she was just staring on another person/don't give me a time if you can't honor it so i will be going elsewhere plus they never acknowledged me to say we are running behind or do you want to come back later/terrible customer service

Walked into the spa to get a manicure 30 minutes before closing. Technicians were working on clients and they told me they were closed. I asked them how is that possible when i see that they're clearly opened as i walked thru the door. To make it more hilarious, one of the technicians had the comedic nerve to ask if i could come back tomorrow. I will not beg anyone to take my money and i am making sure that the public knows about their absolutely horrible customer service. 1 star is far too generous. I wish i could post a minus rating

I have been going here for years but since the previous owner left the shop has gone down hill nails break after two days and polish chips after one. I witnessed them being rude and speaking disrespectful to another customer. The only saving grace is the little lady who does the pedicures she is always nice
