I have used Polished Protection to apply ceramic coating and clear bra to my wife’s Audi 2 years ago and on my Audi 1 year ago. The cars both still look brand new. The staff is always professional and extremely considerate. I will bring all my cars here.

I am not one to leave a review.
But my wife is very happy with the results of the work done here. The ceramic coating has held up just as I was told the iron spot we was dealing with are pretty much none existent. Happy wife Happy life!

We are very happy with our daughter's car, and how amazing it looks both on the inside and out. This will for sure keep it looking great as she criss crosses through out the Midwest. We are looking for to having our next vehicle ceramic coated here once we take delivery.

Felipe provided excellent service on my annual maintenance wash for the ceramic coating. I have received consistently outstanding service throughout my car ownership journey, whether it is small (annual inspections) or big job (clear bra and ceramic coating). He is eager to listen and make sure you leave the store happier than when you entered. All the while pricing is on par with high quality detailing shops in the area.

Just picked up my GTI and I couldn't be happier, my car looks better than when I drove it off the lot! They did an XPEL Prime XR Plus tint all around including the windshield, paint correction, and 3 year ceramic coating. Texted Felipe initially to go over what I wanted and get some quotes, and he was great throughout the entire process. He was thorough in explaining, transparent about pricing, and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me something. He even gave me some tips on how to wash the car correctly as I don't have a driveway to do it myself. Everything is still curing but he told me to give them a call if I have any issues, and I trust I'll be taken care of. These guys do great work, you won't be disappointed.

Service Requested: I came here to get full frontal paint protection film (PPF) and Xpel Prime XR Plus tinted windows done on my Tesla Model 3 over a year ago. Service Quality: From beginning to end, the staff walked me through the process, explained how long the wait would be and what I needed to do for the project to be a success. They were also transparent about the cost and what their packages entailed. They were tactful, respectful and not pushy. Work Quality: They did an overall great job. Initially, I had minor bubbles on the windshield tint and PPF, which normally can happen at first. I called them, scheduled an appointment to come back and they were able to resolve the issues at no extra charge. I highly recommend Polished Protection for your tinting and PPF desires. You can get an accurate quote by contacting them and ask about the lifetime warranty on their work.

I got my car ceramic coated and tinted, couldn't be happier. Lily was easy to communicate with. Transparent on services and costs. I did not feel any pressure towards any upselling. My vehicle was also done before expected. Highly recommended. I will post again with an update after it's been a few months. Looks beautiful !!!

From the moment I pulled up in the street to get a free estimate I found Polished Protection to be a most professional company. The facility is clean and well marked, sandwich boards, signs, cones etc all guide you in the right direction. And once I entered the deal was sealed. Lily immediately greeted me and as I explained what I was after she took over in a super friendly and professional way. Lily explained my options and quickly provides answers to my questions. Once I had my estimate she then worked with me to insure my vehicle was taken care of before I left on a two week road trip. Brava And the work was done beautifully! I highly recommend Polished Protection for your vehicle appearance needs!
