Disappointed by the quality of customer service, yes they have tons of different products, but that doesn't mean anything if the employee(s) are unwilling to help. I asked for help several times & specified that I needed help finding products, but was never helped. I asked the young employee that was working if she could help me find some products, and she pointed to the section that the products were in, but she did not help me choose any product that would be best for the wig that I was wearing at the time. she was literally in the middle of pointing to an area of products l whenever she walks over to him and just asks him if he needs help, mind you she had already ask him if he needed help and he said no he was browsing but I'd need help if anything. At this point I'm really needing help and was upset to find that she was right next to my friend just blabbing to her. he didn't even ask her for help and it was really upsetting because I was not helped at all even tho I had to ask 3 times., and I had to ask more than once for health and didn't even receive it. So I end up buying products that are no good on my hair and have not helped me at all. A waste of $75.

This place use to have a person wiith great customer service. There is now an “animal “ working the cash reguster. She was aggressive, irate, uncontrollable, angry and lacked customer service skills. The “animal wanted to fight me becaue I did not want to pull my card out the machine and show her my CDL for a second time. The owner observed as this 35-year old employee behaved just like a time bomb. I felt unsafe, scarred and displaced. She screamed at me , telling me to leave the store. i will never return as long as the owner continues to allow someone like “monster” to be the face of the store. The “monster” was out of control. I’m startiing to believe the owner maybe a victim of her own business. The owner may have been afraid of the monster. I was cery afraid for the safety of myself and my cousin.

I have been coming here for years, I bought some 14 inch hair for 100.00 dollars and it was AWFUL. I purchased it in March 9, 2022 and it is April 9 and the hair is trashed. I have always had great quality hair until this day I bought it. The female had no idea what she was doing, I asked her for a 12" then a 14" and then a 16" inch, she said there's no 16" inch. Girl what⁉ I been coming here like I said for over 13 years and lately there has been new people. I had a 14 inch Mink Yaky, on the above date I think she sold me a 14 inch Hair Arobics and I'm beyond pissed pissed off because I paid 100.00 + for that Swap Meet like quality hair. Step your game up and stop selling trash hair. You're going to lose a valuable customer. This is my first bad experience with Ok Beauty in over 13+ years. What⁉ did you think I would notice⁉ the 100.00 dollar fraud hair lasted 2 weeks. It was NOT Mink Yaky, it was that 19.99 Hair Arobics. Don't play with me & I would like to be compensated with the right hair. SMH

Tucked away in a strip mall with a Starbucks and Blackbear Restaurant in front of it. Provides a lot of items that women can use for their make up and hair care.Very inviting inside the store with good pricing. You can get a coffee, shop and them get some lunch or do some grocery shopping at the market across the parking lot.
