They took the person behind us because he’s been there for a while. Like we haven’t been standing there. So what’s the point of a line? All I had was a drop off order. They’re also understaffed won’t be going back after I pick my order up. Also this isn’t the first time they’ve taken the customer behind us. Went here because it’s close to home. But not anymore.

I drove for more than 1 hour to get to this store and bought what I needed and I asked the cashier Stacey to let me go into the store's bathroom and in a mocking tone she told me that it was closed and I asked to speak to the manager named Eliza, but her name tag said she was from customer service and in an ironic way she told me to have a good night but the bathroom was closed because they had already cleaned it. I explained to him that my way back was more than an hour and he dismissively told me again that it was closed. I found what I needed but the people who work at this site are very rude.
These stores are without customers and some of the ones I went to have closed, but with this customer service the few that remain will close sooner.

I finally got a moment to write a review. Last year Leslie worked wonders printing my father obituary! We messed up and she walked us through on how to fix it. Her customer service was definitely awesome and I appreciate her patience with us. Tiffany the manager came through and helped us when something wasn't being charge correctly. The night crew really worked hard that night because it was super busy. Thank you guys
