“I bought a hard drive to increase the storage capacity of my gaming desktop on Black Friday. I connected the hard drive myself and wanted to clone windows to the hard drive. That caused a software problem that caused my rig to crash whenever I launch a game. I tried to fix it using advice from people on forums such as Tom's hardware. That did not help. So I took my rig to a computer store a week before Christmas. I was told that it should finish within 7 business days. I got a call from them after new year telling me that my rig does not have the specifications to launch the games I own on my steam. I knew that was nonsense because I had 30+ hours played on all my games on that rig. That shop was quick fix computer services. Never going back there again. They even scratched my case. I was really disappointed at the whole situation. My relative told my why don't you take your computer to Ace Tech. I never heard of them but I was desperate. I was actually looking at new computers and was about to give up. My experience with Ace Tech was amazing. Daniel was extremely helpful and honest. They were so considerate to the point that they offered me to take my rig on Saturday evening and bring it back on Monday without an extra charge just so that I would have it. They were able to fix my gaming computer in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ace Tech. Thank you Daniel and Ace Tech Team!”

“I went to Boost Mobile and talked to one of your representatives and told her that I was having a problem talking to one of my friends on the cell phone. I can barely hear her when she talks, it sounds muffled, but she hears me ok and I hear other people talking on my cell phone while we are talking, but she doesn't hear anything, it sounds like a party line. She also doesn't receive any of my texts, but I receives all of her texts. The representative said maybe something might be wrong with her phone it all depends on how old is her phone. I told her that my friend said that she barely got her phone and it's new. She recommended that it may be best if I upgrade from a 4G to a 5G and get a new cell phone, because the record shows that my cell phone is almost 3 years next month. I can then call my friend and text her to see if everything is alright. I didn't called her yet, but I did text her and didn't get a text back. It may be her cell phone. The unexpected thing that came out of this problem was the promotional deal to update from 4G to 5G, it was so good that my brother jumped on it and said that he would pay for it. I didn't see that coming, but I thanked him for it. My brother and I also thanked the representative for telling us about the promotional deal and all of her hard work to update and transfer the files into my new cell phone. She was very helpful and nice.”

Newsflash buddy, they cannot access your PRIVATE and SENSITIVE phone number account over the phone that is the 611 customer service’s job. In person at the store, they will ask for your phone number, security pin and ID for any reason any all, big or small. Simple, common sense policies in place for everyone’s own privacy and safety. Unfortunately my grandma was taken advantage of due to her being elderly & highly over charged & even added another two lines to her account. My grandmother originally came in because she thought her phone was hacked. She told the agent Yadira who just offered my grandmother a promotion on a new phone and added two other lines to her account. My grandmother is 83 years old and just needed assistance on her phone. LUCKILY, Richard was able to assist & fix everything. My grandmother has her original number back, old phone & all other extras that were added are taken off. “Before starting my review, I would like to express my gratitude to Brisa and Omar. They were extremely helpful and friendly. My special thanks goes to Brisa because she went above and beyond every possible way to solve my problem. Her manager also helped her over the phone (I didn't ask his name. It was 12/4/2023 at around 4-5 p.m., though). Thanks to him as well.I went to this AT&T store to get information about home internet. Guess what? Not only did I get my internet, but also Brisa solved the problem of my wife and I regardings our lines (wireless). Below is the story:My wife and I have had AT&T prepaid lines for more than 5 years. We wanted to transfer our lines to postpaid without changing our numbers , but I couldn't find a solution for that. I asked this issue from a few stores, and the answers were negative. I also did extensive research over the internet, but most of the comments and reviews said it's not possible. So, I was thinking of shifting from AT&T to T-Mobile soon.Brisa literally spent more than 1 hour and called her Manger and other AT&T centers, and eventually made it work. Omar also helped Brisa along the way. Brisa and Omar did all the work in a friendly attitude.Once our postpaid lines issues were fixed, we got our new home internet with $30 discount by connecting all accounts together.If anyone has a problem with transferring from prepaid to postpaid, I recommend meeting Brisa and Omar.Hey AT&T, my wife and I wanted to cancel our lines with you and get T-Mobile, but Brisa and Omar saved us from leaving AT&T. Thus, these two nice people deserve some sort of appreciation, in my opinion.Thank you again, Brisa and Omar. You are my AT&T must to go store from now on.”
