The number of stars for this review were adjusted down after 2 deliveries with a gas range that still isn't set correctly. .... Service was great when I shopped for a gas range. Selection was good, and prices were similar to other stores. I really appreciated the knowledgeability of the sales associates and patience with questions, compared with other stores. Delivery was a giant hassle. I was told that because I'm at the end of the route, any day I request delivery will be in a window from 3 to 7. The range was delivered and the crew said I needed a replacement of it due to a stuck rack. They left it hanging out 4-5 inches past the counter in my kitchen, because they said a replacement would be quick. The delivery of the replacement a week later was better; the deliverers were much more adept at getting it into the tight spot without damaging the granite countertop next to the range, as the first crew had. Then, I realized that the range isn't leveled. (!)n The problem is that even after two errors that were those of Home Depot, I can't get it leveled for another week. I can't imagine going to Home Depot for a major appliance ever again.

Poor customer service, when I went there the other day half the staff was out to lunch and the others were hanging around the customer kiosk. I needed an item that they had in stock (grout) in a pallet which no one wanted to bring down from the top shelf until they had everyone back from lunch. This is not the first time that this happened. I had checked in the week before for the same item, and it was the issue again. The main problem seems to be is that there is no one around to be able to take ownership of the inventory whenever they run out of a product or be able to supply the shelves correctly. Corporate needs to please notice of this because it's costing customers time and money.

Coustomer service/ Returns had an attitude when i was trying to replace and failed to help me with some Husky tools which supposedly have lifetime warranty. They look at you as if you are some low life who cannot afford tools. MFs why offer lifetime warranty if they are not going to make it valid. Mind you i had the tools for over a year and im going to Lowe's to replace the broken tools for brand new ones.

A little birdie overheard a cashier talking at the returns counter. The customer service was not professional. During the entire transaction, the cashier was in conversation with other coworkers talking about what alcohol he prefers to drink. He even dropped the "F" bomb in the conversation. Word to the Wise: Customers walking by should not be able to hear your employee's inappropriate conversations!

Associates were absolutely uninterested in helping me find what I needed. I went to customer service for directions. The people in the department I was directed to were apathetic and mumbled to say they didn't know why I was sent to them. I asked if anyone was available to answer specific questions. I was directed to the store manager for help. He was slightly more helpful, he found the item I was asking for but he could not answer questions about actual dimensions of the item I was looking at. And he was unwilling to let me open the box to measure. I'd like to get it right and not need to return a product that didn't fit. Helpful / NOT helpful? Definitely NOT! This whole store needs an attitude adjustment.

No Customer Service what's so ever! Mike Manager was on shift that night 092523 from what I was told. I Arrived at approximately 7:50pm I simply needed to purchase a pressure washer, I waited for over half an hour on aisle 49 for assistance and Request for assistance by a member 3 times and no one showed up. This was by far the worst experience at a Home Depot I've come across. LOWES is normally a little higher on the price but their service is always Good you get what you pay for.

This place has no place to park due to the extreme amount of vendors in the parking lot if you want burritos, sodas, leather belts, and every Home Depot type products being sold outside the store from non-Home Depot people, here is the place for you to go. I'm surprised Home Depot or the manager in general would allow this to happen while their customers do not have a place to park. These people are getting free rent in the parking lot. I going to sell in their parking lot because they obviously don't do anything about enforcing it. This is getting out of hand. I do find that Lowes is a lot better these days, and will be taking the lead over Home Depot which I've been loyal to for more than 30 years. What goes up must come down.

Just to let everyone know that I've been coming here for more than 20 years. Best customer service! The crew especially Manager John P always goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied! Can't ask for anything more. I'm pleased and refuse to go anywhere else. Come by and see for yourselves you won't be disappointed.

My auntie comes home telling me about her rude and unpleasant experience with Melanie in customer service. I can't believe they accused her of stealing a plant that she returned. I'm so done with this store.

They might as will not have employees here. The guys in the paint section are pretty good right now, but the rest of the employees pretty much.... If what you need is behind one of the locks good luck. I've asked like four people for help in the last 10 minutes people just keep walking by.

This is the worst Home Depot paint department location I have ever dealt with. The staff is extremely rude, on their cell phone, unprofessional and when you think they were rude to start with they continue being ruder! Do yourself a favor, skip this location!!
