Been trying to buy a refrigerator for 2 days. Was in store Monday,no help. Online so confusing, don't know if I have an order in or not. No help on phone either. Been shopping there for 25 years and I think I am done.

I was greeted and assisted by representative in plumbing at 7:30 a.m. on July 20th. Excellent customer service and knowledge of parts. He helped me find the exact parts to fix my sprinkler system.

A package for my business “Home Office” was delivered here by mistake by Fed Ex. The careless driver just read Home and not the address on the package. Since this wasn’t the first time I went to the location and the floor manager Juan reluctantly looked for my package. After a few minutes he said he didn’t see anything and that it was probably sent back to the shipper. A week and a half later the original driver went back to Home Depot, located the package and finally delivered it to the correct location. This was an extremely important package and was shipped priority. During the last week and a half I’ve been in contact with Fed Ex and the shipper of the package. I contacted Home Depot in person, the owner and other employees of the Ups store, where the package was supposed to be delivered, contacted Home Depot, but they did not help us. I’ve spent countless hours and nearly closed all my accounts with the shipper over the complete disregard and unprofessional behavior from Home Depot and Fed Ex, not to mention the shipper involved as well. It is not ok to sign for a package that is not your property, not to mention keep that package from the owner or hold onto it without returning it to sender.

Bad bad customer service i was there to get some wire stripers someone was working on that aisle so it was closed i asked a couple workers and told me i cannot help you i asked a second worker and told me i can’t help you because it wasn’t his area shame shame home depot
