Very UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS
Review by Anonymous User I bought for 2,900 USD a MacBook-Pro with you, and after taking my money, next day you canceled. You did NOT send a message nor an Email. If I would not have checked my account on your page, I would have waited for delivery of this urgent item . . . Well, I needed to call you and was told, that you have no idea what had happened, but would at least send an email with further explanation. Good: ONLY 30 minutes-or-so you sent that email, with a short explanation that the product I purchased did not even exist, sorry. BUT YOU STILL OFFER THIS PRODUCT for sale on your page at this moment - how can I buy something from you, without knowing if you even have it for sale? So, everything I buy from you and PAY, might not be in stock? In all my years, this is the first time, that a company offers items, let's the customer pay, and then states: Sorry no product existing. Totally weird fact: In your email, you were offering me instead a completely different and 80% smaller MacBook, which does not even compare close to the one I need. You have a very disappointed customer. Well, not even a customer . . . .

This is an fake operation run by thieves. DO NOT BUY from this company. They take shells of Apple devices, strip them, then install after market sub-standard components that are either damaged or barely functioning.Once you purchase, they do not provide service, they refuse to make good on the devices they offer and not worth your time. Do not purchase from this company!!!

they are theifs! I sent back my laptops and have been waiting 2 months for a refund and they dont reply to emails and when they do, they send 4 word response. they claimed they Never got it, but the tracker shows its was signed and delivered by one of their employees. I even sent them pictures of my dropping it off at fedex but they are continuing to hold my money hostage and dont want to file a claim with fedex.... I wish I could do 0 stars, they dont even deserve 1 star and shouldn't be in business. didnt realize how many negative reviews there were here but I encourage everyone who had a bad experience to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

I ordered a NEW MACBook Pro M1 pro two weeks days ago and the delivery date was on April 5th after 4 days they changed the delivery date and I received an email about the delivery delay. I contactacted them to see what is the delivery status. Unfortunately they didn't help and didn't care at all. after 6 days, I contacted Fedex and had to go to Fedex station to get my parcel. When I opened the package, I was in shock because Gainsaver sent me an used Macbook full of scratch and dirty with dirty box.I returned it right away and still waiting to get refund. NEVER EVER buy anything from them. They are scam company.

they sell faulty laptops under the guise of working devices, also the description does not correspond to reality, while always denying their guilt and do not want to solve the problem, never buy from them, they are scammers!

This is the second time I have used these guys and I have been so happy. I got an awesome refurbished MacBook Air for about half the cost of what I would have paid at another retailer. (It seems brand new). They also have great customer service!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company sold me a computer in April with a corrupt flash drive and it's going to cost me $700 to fix it. It has crashed twice on me now erasing everything I had, and they just keep saying "oh well it's been 4 months" this issue started 3 months into having the computer. apparently it's ok for this to happen and rob someone of $1000 because i've had it for 4 months. Getting absolutely nowhere with this company! HORRIBLE customer service! can't even talk to someone on the phone about these issues, you have to fill out a form and hope someone emails you back! bunch of crooks!!!!

I am very disappointed with gainsaver customer service. UPS packaged and shipped a return to them. Gainsaver claims that the computer arrived to them damaged. But Gainsaver refuses to work with UPS or with me to resolve the issue. I paid $1500 for the computer and all gainsaver can tell me is that they are sorry. Attached is a picture I took at the UPS store before they packaged and shipped the computer...no damages.
