Great place to workout! I got the Groupon and I now have a month's worth of instruction to look forward to. I totally recommend doing this if you need some motivation to start pole dancing. It was a great deal with the Groupon too. They're intro classes do run late however, but it fits a lot of working schedules.

The reviews on here definitely fooled me. Not sure if Erica was high, drunk or just had no customer service skills what so ever! Went in excited and ready to try something new. That went to shit when the girl at the front desk ( Erica ) made me feel some kind of way because I purchased a class on Groupon. The two ladies in the front had no idea how to even check someone in. There is no number to call anyone if you have a question. Save your money and do bother going.

I took a 4 week intro to pole class that was once a week. We had 3 different instructors. They were all very nice but all very differently paced which could be a little bit of a struggle. I know there would usually be one instructor the whole time, but it was just the circumstances. Sometimes we'd have to share a pole, but luckily I had friends there to do that with. I would have preferred to have a solo pole because the times I did have to share, I had a harder time picking up on things and they didn't really disclose having to possibly share a pole beforehand. Overall it was very clean and I had a fun time with my friends.

Don’t even bother buying a Groupon. There customer service is terrible. Not welcoming at all.

Okay, this place is totally awesome. I went to one class as I’ve always been curious and I’ve now gone consistently for 3 months. It’s challenging, fun, and a great workout. My first teacher was Amber for intro and she is so great. She’s definitely the reason I came back. I have since moved up to level 1 and have been taking classes with Karissa. She is AMAZING. She breaks all the moves down, makes sure everyone is doing it properly, and gives variations to moves. She makes sure you really learn the proper way of doing things while keeping it fun and encouraging. It’s a great welcoming environment with the other students. And whoever answers their emails and customer service is so great. They always respond quickly and they have been good homies and hooked it up when I’ve been in a pinch. Definitely recommend this place!

I've been coming here for 3 months and think this place is so great. My first time here I walked in with 0 experience. The teachers have been wonderful at explaining the moves, breaking them down into steps, and making sure everyone is doing them properly, especially the beginners. I have since moved up to level 1 and it has been an adventure! I've taken their pole, barre, hammock, and stretch classes. My favorites are pole and stretching with Karissa. Pole is such a great workout and so much fun. Stretching has been great overall. Plus I like how she teaches and makes sure you do things right. Barre is good too, helps me do workouts when I don't feel like doing my usual workout. I wasn't a fan of the hammock class. I don't remember the teachers name but it was her last day and I got zero direction and kinda left alone. Other than that, the customer service via email has been so helpful and I love this new hobby! Definitely recommend this studio.

I take Katie's barre fitness class and it's always a challenging workout which I like. The energy in the class is amazing, Katie is a great instructor. She always helps me with my form and pushes me outside of my comfort zone. It's a plus that her playlists are fire!

This establishment does not honor Groupons and did not clearly state on the Groupon website that the Groupon is for New Students only. I emailed them and they claimed that Groupon does not allow them to write for new students. I have several Groupons that clearly state new clients only so either they are not being truthful or are now in retrospect just trying to cover themselves. I also remember their terms and conditions being different than what they are now.

Meh. There are not a lot of options for aerial yoga near me so I really wanted to love them but they are kind of messy. I had purchased the package of 3 for $49 which is an amazing deal, but online it would never register it and when I would try to book it kept trying to charge me. I guess they don't have a front desk which makes sense to save them money on labor but then it makes it really difficult to reach out to them. I called them several times during their "open hours" but I've never got somebody on the phone. I was emailing with someone but they stopped responding when it came to book my appointment. Which granted they said my package expired today and I wanted to use it the next day so I understand but it would have been cool to at least receive some sort of response. The class was okay except they start the aerial class off with a little bit of mat yoga so it would have been cool if they told us to bring a mat or provided one because we ended up doing it on the ground which was wildly uncomfortable. They seem like a cool concept maybe just not the best owners?

Lol the students teach and help more than the teachers. How do you teach a pole class yer don’t have safety mats. Won’t be coming back here.

Why have a beginners class and not help the beginners? Might as well buy a pole at home and teach myself with the way this class is being taught. DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT ALREADY KNOW HOW TO POLE DANCE. Waste of time and money. This play reeks of instructors who care less about actually teaching and more about the buck they just made off of your attendance. Poor excuse for a company.
