OK, let’s just say FedEx never gets it wrong. They don’t I’m not a problem not one single time have I had a messed up FedEx delivery never ever so there you have it and there’s a reason it’s not trackable because you don’t need track of FedEx package because in fact it’s going to get to you within the timeframe it supposed to sometimes on the exact same date and time so here’s the thing not to worry about FedEx. Actually they do have Tracking someone said to me FedEx doesn’t have Tracking. But they do. FedEx Long Beach Ocean is lovely and the people are kind and nice and dry helpful. There’s never a line and I’m very satisfied with them.

Every time I try to use fedex, unfortunately my packages are delivered to the wrong address. The drivers aren’t checking thoroughly and aren’t taking their time to ensure they are making a proper delivery. Even when I ship priority and pay extra for shipping my packages come up missing and I’m the one who has to track them down. I’m finally writing this review after my fourth package has gone missing and I’m currently trying to track it down.

FedEx sent text that package would be delivered between 1240 and 240. Package required signature. That driver came at 10:39, knocked on the security door lightly left the notice that no one answered and left within 60 seconds. I was home did not hear the door knocked or the driver calling out. Called customer service and spoke with the supervisor and was assured that the driver would come back around 430 prior to returning to signal Hill. Outside till 730 no one showed up looked at the tracking. Log says he returned to signal Hill at 5:31. Driver never made any attempt to come back, needless to say I’m not happy with the way this went down. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to see what happens.

Among the worst. On three separate occasions drivers have claimed they couldn't deliver to me because I'm not home. Today I took the day off work and sat in front until 1:40pm when I received a text saying delivery wasn't possible because I wasn't home. I was livid! Clearly, the driver fails the truth. There was no driver that ever came to my house. The 1-800 number....IMPOSSIBLE to get a human. I'll not buy another product from any vendor that uses fedex for shipping. I called Canon today to let them know I've bought my last item from them as long as they use Fedex for shipping. Amazon & UPS perfectly fine.

THIS LOCATION HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Other than the manager who was pleasant/helpful, this was a uniquely terrible experience. There was an employee, a lady named Mary or Sue who was horrible.Also the driver here failed to deliver my package THREE TIMES despite being given my phone number. I came in the last day after work to pick up the package that required showing ID. They sent my package back earlier in the day without informing me.I'm going to be escalating my complaint to corporate.

I had a very bad experience with the FedEx service center. I live in Cypress in a gated community, and I provided the gate code to the driver, which was also updated in the system. However, they did not deliver the package to my door and instead left a comment claiming that the gate was closed. As a result, I had to go to the center to collect my package. While the staff at the center treated me well, the driver who delivered the package to my location (specifically Cypress) did not take responsibility for delivering the item to the customer. I called customer care, but they did not provide the support I expected. I believe FedEx customer support needs improvement.

HORRIBLE customer service !! I am waiting for a package that I paid for rush delivery since Monday !. Today is Thursday and, I still struggling to pick my package up.FedEx never deliver on time and this that customer doesn't work. Until when FedEx will treat customer as slaves ? Eager waiting for some competitors to be treated less worst.

Driver failed to deliver first day. Second day driver did not knock or ring doorbell and posted note saying: "Must be present for package delivery." This driver should be fired. This is causing me to waste a third day waiting for this delivery with no confidence that it will be delivered.

Use for shipping only. There are no office services like copying and printing. Always nice but for printing & copying go up to the one on Candlewood and Lakewood.
