Extremely disappointing customer service. Asked for a wash in my trailer and said he couldn’t do it, asked why? He said cause it doesnt make money. Asked for
Him to help me back out and he said it was my problem.

Paid for a expensive car wash and they left tons of dirt still in the enterior and in the door jams. Horrible place to go for a good detail. Maybe a good spot for a quick wash but nothing more.

Took my car in today for a detailing and omg did they do a BEAUTIFUL job. Really happy with the work that was done! If you truly have any detailing needs would highly recommend bringing your car in.

I went to this car wash yesterday monday to clean my car and out the owner very rude and the price that was quoted changed when I was ready to pay.Also work was very poor and the owner of the business told me how much to tip.Would never recomend this business to anyone.They'll RIP you off.Tell everyone about this placeNot to go there.

I'm really disappointed with the decline in the quality of service recently at this car wash. Think twice before bringing your car in. I've had me vehicle detailed many times since the business opened their doors a few years ago and due to awesome attention to detail plus great customer service by the owner, Robert I've even referred friends & relatives. His prices are very competitive but it's the attention to service that kept me coming back. However my last couple visits I've noticed a decline in both the "detail" and service to the customer. One employee in particular is left in charge and it's clear he doesn't share the owners vision, see pic of a supposed vacuum job. The work now is below par and the attitude is, "who cares, it's your opinion." I'm sure the owner would be appalled if he knew the guy argued he'd done a good job. My hope is the owner will read this and know he's lost a loyal customer. Robert, the two stars are for you.

My family and I were recommended to this place by some acquaintances. I went over a week and had a very bad experience. Sadly I didn’t tell my family soon enough Because they all experienced the nasty rude disrespectful service them selfs ….

I work right next to this place and was in major need of a deep detail. I dropped my car off on my lunch break and came by 5. It was spotless. They got into crevices I didn't even know existed ... today I'm still seeing their awesome work as i notice more. Such detailed work. They offer everything from simple washes and vacuums to full details. Will definitely make a habit of dropping my car off on my lunch when I want a shine

We received rude customer service. It took them 45 mins to rinse off the dirt off the truck. The owner or the guy in charge disrespected my grandmother and wasn't cooperative I don't recommend anyone coming here if you want to come and be disrespected. Over priced car washes and to be mistreated might as well wash your own vehicle. If you decide to get a car wash go to the one next to goodwill and get the proper treatment.

It is alright being here a couple of times but they do everything mostly hand wash for outside and inside and it does get the job done but not something crazy. Second time I took it they did some little scratches around the bumper but is all good nothing big
