The register guy missed 2 items and I was forced to wait at the door for the door guy to search through every item in my cart. I just sat on the floor and waited and waited. I felt like I was getting a DUI or arrested. Was not a good experience at all.

Customer service here is horrific. If I want to downgrade my membership and you say you can't, your system is down. Then your job is to make it happen. Call your manager. Call the IT department, call corporate, you are literally standing there doing NOTHING. So then I talk to another representative and let her know they essentially told me no, she grabs my receipt and card we go to the computer and she's able to pull up my account info and is confused why they said no, we go over there and of course the lady just repeats herself. Then this lady leaves my receipt over there and that turns into a huge ordeal. They can't just reprint the receipt. She blames ME for it. They have to check the cameras. Like OMG dude. The same lady who lied and said the system is down didn't even radio to say the receipt was left, she didn't call out, she didn't run over. "Come back before Sept when your membership expires" OH YOU MEAN LIKE A MONTH BEFORE? LIKE RIGHT NOW?! SO DUMB.

They don't always have everything they have on sale, and they keep rearranging the aisles, making it harder to get in and out if you know what you want. Becoming a little more retail in that aspect.

What a wonderful staff they have at The signal Hill Costco hearing aid department.
Blanca and Darlene are wonderful employees and what a great job they do. I tried getting an appointment for my wife at other Costcos and they are very busy we were like 5 weeks out. I called signal Hill and they said well we have an opening in 5 days I said that's wonderful will take that. The next day Blanca called me and asked if we could come in that day that there was an opening there was a cancellation so we went there and they gave my wife a hearing test and within 5 days she had her hearing aid. It was so important to us my wife only hears out of one ear and she had lost her hearing aid we only had to go about 6 days without a hearing aid and these two wonderful ladies did a great job and I just can't thank them enough.
I hope the Costco manager or higher up. Reads this post it sure would be nice if you could recognize the two ladies in the hearing aid department.

Costco is great for shopping in bulk. The pricing is really good and you get huge portions of everything you buy. They have staple items you can count on and also bring out new items. It's also nice to be able to sample things on certain days. This particular Costco is the one I go to most frequently

Parking can be hectic if you are the type of person that must park in front, but if you lay back a few rows it can be heaven. Politely, "calm down" they aren't going to run out of toilet paper.

Did not like how the young lady at the door says I could not enter when my family was already inside..oh I am going to let you go this time she said but next time I will not. I was like wow its not that serious.
