Great work, very affordable, but very slow. I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance, showed up on time and they took 60 min to touch my car and 80 min to look at my car. Total time spent at Costco for removal of nail from tire and repair was 2hrs and 10 minutes.

Super easy. Had appointment scheduled at 11:00am, told me it'd be 1.5 hours, and was done by 12:45ish. Guy at the counter was friendly. 5/5

I had a tire change appointment at 11am.Car was taken inside at 12pm.It wasn't worked on till 1:10pm.Didn't leave till 1:30pm.The tires weren't even filled with air. The check tire pressure light turned on a few minutes after departing.I do not recommend this place for anybody.

Sucks to put a 1 star review for this costco's tire shop, but it looks like I have to after yesterday's visit. I would suggest going to a local tire shop and taking your business somewhere else instead of here. This used to be the best costco tire shop, but they are no longer on my go-to.

Ummm , well we all know how Costco service is generally top knotch more than beyond basic with what they offer their customers. We all have bought TV's , kitchen appliances, PJ's , besides all the food over the decades shopping at Costco. This was a 1st for me with Tires ... normally we just go American Tire store , in and out pretty quick. All I can say is know the tire you need or want , don't expect the tire ' guys' to steer you towards what fits your car . I had one Costco ( another location) recommended bigger tires for back of car , than the size currently on there .. huh .The LB Location replaced with all same size ( as I asked ) Michelin tires ( love the brand ) generally good Value for the price . Only 4 stars because they need to post they ONLY use Nitrogen to fill tires . Put a sign up .( I didn't see one where u pay for your tires ) Had a car for 5 years , Nitro tires , they seemed to ' adjust ' incorrectly with weather changes . We shalll see !!

Like everything about Costco, one needs a lot of patience (and time), but the product is (almost) always worth it.Costco has a policy where they will repair any tire(s) purchased/installed at any of their stores. We had purchased a set of Michelins about 4 years ago, and one of the valves started to leak air (without the cap). Normally, I would have just taken it in as walk-in, but per the advice here, decided to make an appointment. It was super easy: costcotireappointments.c… (though a domain like this often indicates something nefarious...a better way would have been to use a subdomain like appointment.tire.costco.…) where you create an account, and can book the next available time...it did push it out 4 days (so not the way to go if time sensitive). It's important to park the car in one of the reserved spots for tire service (across from the bays), but then you must go back around to the front entrance of the store (like you are going shopping). The tire register is on the 'exit' side of the store (i.e. after you go through self-checkout, you would walk past it). They no longer let you enter into the interior of the tire center and there is no waiting area at all. We were able to check-in, and they found our tire purchase (we didn't have a receipt), and were given a 60 - 90 minute estimate to be completed (no charge) at which time they would call us.So we slowly walked around the store and ended up buying a couple of things. We ended up waiting the rest of our time in one of the patio furniture displays. After 90 minutes with no call, we checked out and then walked back to the tire center to ask the status. They weren't ready at that point (and asked me if I had an appointment or if walk-in) and told us it would be another 20 minutes (glad that I had an appointment), and suggested we could wait outside near the bays. Note that it's just a parking lot, and ended up waiting another 30 minutes standing around (no place to sit and it was a zoo in the parking area) with our two items (so super happy we didn't buy anything heavy/frozen). There are 7 bays in all, and 5 of them were occupied but (unlike the store and the gas station), it wasn't busy inside (not sure what was going on, but definitely any sense of urgency wasn't there). We got our car back 2 hours after our appointment, and we were on our way. It ended up being a leaking valve, which they replaced. All the workers were friendly (no attitude). Definitely get an appointment (vs walk-in) and if you need new tires, just order it on-line and have it installed via an appointment (rather than try to buy it through a salesperson at the store). And if you need to fill up any of your tires with air, each of the bays has free air pumps for you to use...though on a busy day, getting to it means navigating pedestrians, backing up cars, and most importantly cars just blocking traffic by waiting for that perfect spot that is 'soon' to be unoccupied.

Horrific customer service. They informed me that my tire size was "discontinued" and recommended I go to Walmart because "it's cheaper".First off, Walmart was not cheaper. Second, Costco Online ended up plentifully selling my tire size and shipped it to this store with ease.Furthermore the online booking system is booked out weeks in advance but if you call, you can get an appointment in a couple days... That's of course if you can get someone on the phone without being hung up on. It's hard to believe the Tire Center isn't operated by a 3rd party.

Meh. My dad's come here for years and it's pretty much the only tire place he goes to since they have decent prices and can do repairs. He only ever buys Michelin tires and they've never sold him lemons so that's good. The reason I'm taking off two stars is because of the customer service. I don't understand why but the guy working that day was treating us as if we didn't exist. He was helping another guy out but even before that, he was standing at the computer, not even giving us a heads up that it would be a while before he could assist us.After 20 mins of standing there, radio silence from the only guy working the service desk, I was able to flag down a different guy who was clearly leaving. I explained to him that we had been waiting a while and that no one's helped us yet, and asked if he could help us out really quick. He asked if we had an appointment to which we said no, and he had muttered that we should have made an appointment. Like I said before, my dad has been coming here for years since the mid 2000s; he's never had to make an appointment. He's old fashioned so he'd rather just go in person. But even so, you shouldn't ignore customers if they don't have an appointment and it's not like it was a huge repair that needed to be done.Overall, it was an okay experience. They were able to patch up the tire within the same day and we were able to pick it up after maybe 3 hrs. Just be wary if you don't have an appointment, I guess.

Got a new battery there but I had to install it myself but that's okay:-) I know the batteries are outstanding because I did the research and of course there were little bit of a line there at the tire center. And I always get my tires at Costco for the best deal balancing lifetime and pricing

I mean my experience here was okay. I called a day before and was told the next appointment is on Friday, but he told me I could also bring it in today (Tuesday) as walk-in. He told me the car would be done by the end of the day after they prioritize the other cars with appts. It was done at 3:00pm. The car runs great. See ya never, flat tire!

A little while back I had Costco replace all 4 of my tires. I had to special order the tire I wanted. One of tires recently went flat. When I brought the tire into Costco, I noticed that the sidewall was gashed - not repairable. I didn't want to have to wait several weeks for the new tire to arrive, and then wait all day to have it mounted. I bought a new tire, the one the clerk suggested. When the new tires were put on my car, I noticed one of the dashboard lights was on. When I arrived today to get my tire fixed (replaced) I told the clerk that dashboard light is on. He looked at my tire and said that I have the suggested censors installed on my tires. I asked him if they would check why that light was on, and reminded him that they sold me the tires. I also told him that the light has been on since they replaced my tires. He told me they would look at it. When I picked up my car, that censor light was still on. I talked to the one remaining tech in the garage and he told me he didn't know what had been done, there weren't any notes on my bill, but with Japanese cars the censors will reset themselves. Guess what? It didn't reset itself. I'm going to have to make an appointment, and probably give up my car for several hours, just to get them to do the work that they should have already done. Added bonus - the Costco website doesn't show my tire purchases. The website only shows receipts for products purchased online. In general their attitude is "We're really busy, you're lucky we're waiting on you, don't expect us to go out of our way to do anything.
