Celia was the sweetest. Had my wedding dress and two suits altered. All 3 were exactly what we wanted. She did an amazing job. Would definitely go here again and recommend.

Celia is a lovely woman to work with! Sure works quick and does amazing alterations. My clothes looked better than they did when I first purchased them. The stitching is something my late grandma would have been proud of. Location is convenient and the service was quick and thorough. I'll be back!

I took my bridesmaids dress here for last minute alterations and Celia did such an amazing job!!! Price was great and she was such a sweetheart!! Will be going here for future alterations!

My little used tuxedo seems to have grown longer sleeves - maybe I lost some muscle so the sleeves seem long and aren't showing the shirt cuff properly. I didn't want to go back to where I bought it 12 years ago and deal with the high pressure to buy a new tuxedo. Celia looked at the jacket and said she could shorten the sleeves 1/2" and jump the lowest buttons to a higher position. Her work was perfect and on time. Thank you !!

Celia is a very sweet older lady. I found her through Google and yelp helped me decide to give her a chance from all the reviews. I'm going to Coachella and finally found thee outfit only thing it was a mile too long in length. I didn't only take her that but two other pieces that needed alterations. I prayed she could have the one pants ready by Thursday and she said okay, even though I felt she had other orders in front of me. I told her if she couldn't it's okay I would see if I could find someone else and she said no no I'll do it. Today is Tuesday and I'm super appreciative that she is helping me out. I'm planning on thanking her once I pick up my pants with flowers or something nice like that. On top of paying the fee. I just really appreciate when people got out of their way for me. Gracias Celia. The outside doesn't do it justice. It looks Tun down but it's not. In my opinion it's art. Inside was clean, organized and didn't smell at all. Fitting room, clean, large enough to change comfortable and had two chairs and a mirror. Curtains thick and gave you privacy. I will update once I pick up my clothes and rate her work, but for now I'm only rating it on my experience of dropping off the clothes and the building. Update: Celia came through for me! She got everything done nicely and for the last min job very adorable. I recommend her for sure! I didn't get a chance to send her flowers yet but I will. She help make me feel so confident in my Coachella outfits. Thank you, Celia!

Not much more to add to the consistently positive reviews here but absolutely felt obligated to submit a 5-star after having several jackets (suede, denim, cotton) done by Celia. This is a true Long Beach gem!!

A friend recommended this place to do some repairs and hem work on a vintage military pant and woven shirt that I needed to be shortened. Met the seamstress/ production lady and all she could tell me was how hard it was to do any of my requests. What she didn't know that I am apparel designer 20+ years and also a partner in a domestic apparel factory in DTLA. So I could see the machines they had and what they could do. Looked like leather work for outerwear, woven bottoms possibly. Then after reviewing the 2 styles. She said my pants and shirts was Basura aka trash in Spanish LOL. She obviously didn't understand the quality of the garment and was bias from the get go. Then she told me it would be too expensive to fix and I told her I was willing to pay regardless. Then after we went over the timeline she said it would take almost 2 weeks to finish a hem and hole repair. I was blown away. I would have easily paid 50-60$ to get these done. I would have been nice to think of solution and I would definitely be one of their top customers. May be even give them a production run.

I frantically needed to have golf shoes embroidered for a wedding present within a 3 day window. Not knowing if it was possible at all, I took the shoes to Lane and he made it happen. The embroidery looks amazing and I'm thrilled with the results. Thanks again, Lane!
