The body shop cant return a call for an appointment in they timeframe they defined, I cant imagine how they will manage the repair of my car if they cant return a simple phone call

Brought my car in for an estimate. Since it’s through insurance, they had to tear down my car to provide supplements. You’re pretty much stuck at this point because they want money from the insurance. If not, they will threaten you with the tear down fee and expensive storage fees.While working things out with the insurance company, Cabe will add $200 storage fee per day. If you have issues with the insurance company or if they deem your car a total loss, you’re stuck with Cabe. They are trying to make money, so your estimate is probably very high and racked up lots of fees by then.Through all of the back and forth, they were not able to fix my car due to a liability issue. They did not catch this issue in the beginning after tearing down my car and writing up an estimate. Wasted time and energy for 1 month with the car just sitting there. In addition, they stole a part from me and didn’t even put my car back together, so it was unsafe to drive. I was driving without a muffler and license plate. You’re better off taking your car to a non-Toyota auto shop.

Gabriel at the Toyota Collision Center took great care of me. Out of 4 estimates for the damage done to the front bumper of my Rav 4, Gabriel @ Cabe Toyota gave me the best & lowest estimate. Under $1,000 to replace the entire bumper & the frame. He promised to try & keep the price stable for me, and he kept his word. Excellent service, and I have what looks like a brand new car. THANK YOU GABRIEL!!
