Order my products they say only takes two weeks it end up a month. Also damaged three of my hats they replaced it but only one now they have to order another one to replace my other hat and the other hat the rips it just sew it but deferent color of the threads. Never go there again I don't recommend them. And we call them about our order they keep telling us not ready they never call or email back with our status.

I have probably had close to fifteen shirts printed at Big Studio since 2016, including reprints of designs that had been sold out. Their printing quality is top notch, and they always allow me to come in for press checks on the first print to make sure that it is coming out the way that I want. They also have exceptionally good customer service. I can be very particular about the specific brand and color of shirt that I want, and they always are able to get it in for me. Also, on a recent order I was shorted a couple of shirts (the only time that's happened in 15 runs), and Mitch went back to press to make up for the shortfall. I have had nothing but good experiences with Big Studio, and the fact that such a company doing such high-quality work is only two miles from my house makes dealing with them even more of a pleasure.

Very customer focused and willing to make it happen! We had need for a team shirt, starting from an artists drawing, not a graphic design. Their designer was able to turn our art into an excellent graphic design AND he fixed an area that we didn't like. He's very talented. The end result was VERY cute and everyone was happy. It was a complicated process but they worked with me and were helpful in spite of our tight budget. They're definitely the place to go for shirts, etc. Thanks Big Studio.

Mitch and Carol are THE BEST! They have saved my behind more than once. This last time was when more than half of my middle school's volleyball girls uniforms came up missing with game day three days away. Mitch was able to get my girls uniformed just in the nick of time. (I had to pay for it, of course, but it got done!) They are our go-to company for our school's spirit wear needs. I've also used them for personal things (like my husband's cycling club.) Their graphic artists always somehow manage to make what's in my brain come alive on paper. And what's even better, their charges are reasonable.
