Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Ordered a microwave, it had a massive dent and they only offered a $50 gift card. I took it to avoid another install. Waited a month and it turns out they never even intended to send me a gift card, it never showed up in their system. Fast forward to now, it's been 3 months and our ice maker is still not fixed by geek squad. They keep rescheduling without informing me. Communication has been nonexistent.

extremely understaffed. employees were nice but I might as well ordered delivery and had it delivered to my house before I got through the checkout line--for a pickup order that I had already paid for

Negative stars Horrible customer service not one employee tried helping me find air pods ended up roaming around getting a guy from the credit area super rude he hates his job so do all the employees here apparently they provide horrible customer service never coming here again useless employees

I bought a "universal" power adapter that actually wasn't universal. I asked an employee if this would work with what I had, he said he wasn't sure, but if not it's easy to return. I tried to return and they wouldn't accept due to this being past the 15 day return rule that is listed in fine print on their receipt. I was hesitant about coming here in the first place, but now for sure I'll never be back. It's actually suprising they're even still in business at all...

Most of my visits here have been okay. But why do some employees at Best Buy have to be so condescending? Is that in a training manual or something? Especially the ones at computers and home theater. Dawg, you're providing me with basic information on electronics, not curing cancer--drop the superiority complex and just help find the right computer. I think this is true at a lot of locations, actually.Also, at this particular location, the bald guy who does loss prevention and checks the receipts when you leave needs to fix his attitude. He should be friendly as customers enter and exit the store. He was like a bouncer at a club. It was just an unpleasant experience after unpleasant experience.

Very horrible experience that I just had. The so called “manager” of the customer service area was very rude about me returning an item. Will never come back to this location and don’t even consider being a loyal customer for Best Buy anymore. Very disappointed of how I was talked to.
