AJ provides great customer service, and is very knowledgeable about refrigerators. His explanations made my boyfriend and I much more educated consumers, and I appreciated his input. I hope he receives recognition for the great customer service he provides!

Very disappointed. From the moment I walked in it didn’t feel like a normal Best Buy. No one treated me even when I waited at the apple counter needing help. When someone finally came they only spoke Spanish, seriously! The place was a mess and stock was very low. Definitely won’t be back.

All I can say is unbelievable . After standing and waiting for at least 10 minutes for him to finish up with a customer looking at phones made it clear I needed some help,when he finishes he just walked away, I said sir loud enough for him to hear just keeps walking, Just in shock and then employees that saw it happen says have a good day you serious! After a half hour bus ride. Have a plane to catch at 1 and needed a pbone, All I can say is I'm so mad I will never step foot in a best buy again, Walmart will just put them out like they have all the rest, Thanks again for the great flight with no phone!
