I'd give it a 0 if I could. The bank manager was rude, the tellers won't help, and they won't cash a check from that branch because of incompetence. I've heard a lot of people complain about this bank, and now I know why!

This bank is NOT safe! They either need security round the clock or need patrolling on a ongoing basis. I've been here twice and let me say never again alone. DURING DAYLIGHT. One homeless person threw a top glass bottle at me and missed me by hitting my car and damaging it. Called the police and they never came.

Went to this branch to withdraw cash for travel. Asked teller for new bills and right off the bat he said they don't have new bills. So I asked what kind of bank is this, and he just shrugged his shoulders. Where else am I suppose to get cash if my own bank cannot provide it for me?! Very poor customer service.

Came to do wire transfer and was surprised place was newly remodeled and fresh. Great service. Business advisor Cintia Mojica was great and very helpful, quick and fast thank you!

Worse bank ever. Merylinch guy is very rude, bossy and cocky. Tried to force me to do give him my SS, stay away from this bank specially from this guy.

This place sucks so much. Will tell you to wait it will only be 10 minutes ended up being way too long and I was being patient. Maybe they should get more people to work at this branch. Came here twice to just waste my time again. Horrible. And there's this lady that talks to the costumers for ever about things not related to bank. So annoyed! No wonder they have no stars this bank is horrible lol

More then 15 people in line and only 2 tellers... but 7 bankers at desks... this location definitely only cares about opening up new accounts and selling mortgages. More then 30 min wait to get cash out. Manager should be scolded for there lack of scheduling skills.

NEED MOEE TELLERS!! Was stopping by this branch and was told I had to wait 15min before a teller could assist me due to them being on lunch break. Unacceptable. Hire more tellers for better customer service.

Don't bother banking here. You'll wait forever to get anything done. No one is available to assist you or tell you where to wait. Totally understaffed.

They just push you to open an account and once you deny them the horrible customer service comes out they'll pretend to have trouble with your check as if you trying to scam them even though I cash my same check here weekly.I've dealt with almost all the tellers in there and they're all the same. They're really slow and give you attitude when you're being completely respectful and just trying to get helped or info. Went as far as denying to cash a work check with Bank of America print on the check because they couldn't find one with the same signature even though it's the same weekly work check I always get. The company I work for doesn't offer direct deposit so I'd still be dealing with a check. It's also them being lazy because they say and I quote "it's more work for me when you don't have an account ".When it comes to me I enjoy the hard skilled trade I do for a living because it presents different challenges everyday.

Not not very helpful, puts a hold on my check for a whole f****** week when I need to pay bills, I just want to say that I regret signing up for Bank of America and I hope that this company goes to hell along with Bobby kotic
