I have been a ATT customer for well over 10 years and have had three Samsung phones. The first one lasted for five years and i was satisfied with it. The second one lasted a little over a year and I had to trade it in because it was junk but I still stayed with Samsung and traded up to a S-20. I had decent service for the first year and until 2023 then it started dropping calls, would not ring and go direct to VM, was unable to disconnect a call and would keep the line open until i turned the phone off. I made my fourth trip to the ATT Office in Signal Hill last Saturday to complain about my phone getting so hot when it was in my pocket I had to turn it off for fear that it was going to catch fire and the phone lost all color and the screen is just black and white. I visited the Signal Hill store and was told that the phone was going to stop working and I needed to replace it before it stopped working so the current data on the phone could be saved and transferred to a new phone. However I still owed $150.00 on the phone. When I traded in the previous phone for the S-20 I had to pay off that phone as well. It seems like the plan that ATT has is to sell phones that don't last long enough to pay them off.

Do not go to this store. I walked in on January 11th looking to upgrade one watch line and add another watch line. It took three people to look up my account and figure out what they were doing. They totally messed up my cell phone plan and then sold me an internet package that I told them would not work in my area as ATT does not have service. 1. They convinced me that service was in my area and when I talked with the installation tech, I found out I was right and do not have service. So that was a waste of time of my half day waiting for a tech. 2. I told them not to cancel my wife's wearable line, and to only upgrade my watch and add a third wearable line. They ended up cancelling my wife's watch and I found out she didn't have service on her watch when I got home. I had to call ATT tech support to get her watch working with her phone again. 3. I found out through a text from ATT that my wearable promo, that I specifically went into the store for, was going to be cancelled bc my wearable lines were cancelled. ATT support had to go through my package plan, line by line, and identify where the employees of this store messed up my package plan, the promo, and fix everything they did wrong otherwise I would've ended up with w $400 bill. Support was super nice and spend over an hour on the phone fixing everything this store messed up for me. 4. While on the phone with customer service and fixing my plan, I found out the $100 I paid in store didn't need to be paid, but my taxes on the watches should've been less. Customer support had to fix all my wearable lines so I didn't lose the promo, credit me quite a bit of money due to the charges the store applied due to screwing up my plan and the promo, and took a formal complaint since I had to deal with this mess over the last two weeks since I got my watches. For something as simple as upgrading a watch and adding a line ended up being a bigger drama that I did not expect, and more should I have experienced. I had offered to help figure out my wife's watch number and instead of accepting my help, cancelled her number. They do not know what they are doing and you'll pay the price for their incompetence on your next bill. I'm grateful customer support fixed everything, got me my promo, and credited me the funds of where I was over charged. If you do go to the store, ask for a detailed receipt and a breakdown of charges, and your plan, before you pay anything and before you walk out of the store.

This not a coporative store .. this guys are good selling staff but when it comes to fix things they do not wanna help .. i see them like snakes .. use lakewood att store they are better

Do not come to this store, go to the corporate store! They are liars and will give you the runaround. Calling corporate to complain about the area manager won’t do you any good either. Go to the store on bellflower and sterns!

Today my mom had a bad experience at this location. She went in to pay off the balance of her phone. Initially, she visited this location a day earlier and was told she needed her Driver license to pay the balance. So today she returned and the customer service was just as bad as it was the day before!! Especially the guy, whose attitude was snippy and sarcastic. When my mom told him that their customer service was bad he responded "well, you're you came back and you're still here!!" After waiting over an hour to pay off the phone they said they don't take cash, then it was we only have one stand that takes cash. Judging from the attitude you would think he was trying to deter her from paying it off. Anyway, her experience was an awful one with these guys at att in Signal Hill, she asked me to write the review for her, she's not that into technology to do it herself. There was a time when young ppl respected their elders but I guess that's not a thing anymore.

Very satisfied with my visit at the store!Members were very helpful and hands on with everyone at the store specially with the new release of iphone,alot of customers come in to upgrade or inquire.There was a customer that wasn’t happy as the transfer from phone to phone took long but the members helped as much as they can and transferring phone to phone is out of their hand.I can see the professionalism on how they handle difficult customers.Overall would come to this store for any upgrade I need.
