This place has already done wonders for our 10 year old daughter. The instructors are phenomenal with kids and her self-confidence has improved already in just a month of steady attendance.

360 is really fun and always a great workout too. I was intimidated at first because I probably hadn’t even thrown a punch in my entire life, and I’m not in great shape, yet, but everyone is very supportive and welcoming.
