“Update 02/16/2024: (changing 1 star to 5 star) I got a text from Rosey. The business phone system has been down and sometimes work for more than 2 weeks now. And PetDesk doesn't work if you are a new customer. Unfortunately, my account has my daughter's phone and my appointment won't link. I finally got a new appointment and will be heading there in a few weeks.From my past experience, their veterinarians are all nice and easy to communicate with. My current dog is very happy with this place. they offer neuter/spay, vaccines and also have Xray and other pet services. They also sell dog food, I believe it's all Hill Science diet.02/15/2024I currently take my dog here and want to make an appt. Using PetDesk, I never get a confirmation. I called their number and left multiple messages and no one ever called me back.I have anew dog I wan to take here but the way their customer service works, I'll just go somewhere else.”

“I would highly recommend West Main Animal Hospital for your pet's needs. The entire staff were all extremely friendly, understanding, accommodating and helpful. Special shoutout to Amparo, Dr. Rachel Niu and Misty. I was scrambling to find a vet the day before Thanksgiving and fortunately West Main was able to have me do a drop off for my cat. Consultation and the services/pricing are clearly communicated and transparent. Staff took the time to detail exactly what each services do. West Main closes at 6PM but Dr. Niu still took the time to summarize all the results from the reports and the type of treatment they gave my cat. Not once did I feel rushed to leave and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. Amparo and team even gave a follow up call 2 days later to see how many cat was doing. I couldn't recommend a better team for your pet. They genuinely care about the health of your buddy. Thank you once again everyone at West Main Animal Hospital!”

“The doctor's here are AMAZING!!! Dr. Watanabe is like a real life Dr. Doolittle...he's incredible at reading his animal clients. Dr. Jeff his associate is also excellent!!My little adorable furry baby girl Butters, got sick on Friday morning before the Labor Day holiday. I was soooooo worried, that I wouldn't be able to get her help before the weekend. I called the office and they immediately took action to get us in!! After a quick check, we were given some medicine and we were on our way. They followed up with the test results on Tuesday, and gratefully, Butters is doing great once again!!You need to get on a wait list for the first visit, to establish your pet as a patient. Once you do that, you're pet will be treated like a VIP!!Be prepared because, they don't take credit cards, only checks or cash. Other than that, they're are great!!”

When our pet was experiencing vision issues, he made recommendations for medications and referred us to a pet ophthalmologist. “We have been clients of the amazing Dr. Bliefer for over 25 years. We followed her here when she made it her exclusive location. We used to drive 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get care, now it's 8 hrs but totally worth it. The staff is good, the office has other vets as well and gets VERY BUSY! They do their best to treat every pet and client with care. I agree with another reviews that phone messages and email are not the best way to communicate, you need to talk to a person. Dr. Bleifer is a premier reproductive vet as well as a great diagnostican and we will always value her continuing care.”

“We got our personal laser from laser-riffic after suffering a badly broken collarbone during a bike accident. After weeks of regular laser treatments (post surgical) the Orthopedic Surgeon noted the speed at which the bones were healing and attributed this to the daily laser treatments, and encouraged continued use. We continue to use our laser to ease pain from plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis and general aches / pains. Having a personal laser has been a blessing, has limited our pain and suffering besides saving us time and money.”

She always explains everything to us in great detail and has a calming demeanor. I called first, and the front desk staff was extremely sympathetic and let me know they would be able to accommodate me.
