“I am mind blown at the kindness I received today at this Post office. Thank you so much lady for helping me reduce the size of my package to save a few dollars. I’m trying to save for a road trip with my family and have been unfortunate to all of the sudden need car repairs as well as a dental procedure due within weeks of my trip I’ve been trying to save for that I will now have little to bring on the trip since these pressing circumstances are very costly. Every little bit of money helps. Thank you thank you ?”
“I have had a POBOX here for 10 years nearly. Eventhough I moved 15 miles up the 210 I still keep my Box there because they are so amazing in service. Even the new employees are amazing”
“The best post office, because Cindy and the other ladies are always friendly. Majority of the time I get the clerk Cindy who is always nice about scanning my packages. I always get a receipt and she’s never refused me unlike the workers at the post office on Elliot street. They’re extremely pushy about leaving your packages in a bin. It’s too risky not having them scanned in and getting confirmation. Anyway, Cindy is great and so is this post office!”
“Took a while to get through the automated phone system but I was able to connect with someone pretty soon after. Not only did they answer my questions, but I did submit an investigation and have been thoroughly followed up with through the whole process!”

“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”
“I like this Post Office because they have a stamp machine, which is easy & convenient. The lobby is well kept and always stocked with postal supplies. The P.O. Boxes are easy to access and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. There is a small parking lot on the side (off the alley) and 20-minute parking out front.”
“I was dreading going to the post office as I had to take care of some unpleasant matters, but Emidio made the process smooth and was very polite. Not to mention how beautiful the building is.”
“I needed to overnight some paperwork and ended up at this location. I'm so glad that I did! Parking was super easy, the gentleman at the window was super helpful and warm and friendly. We just don't get a lot of that these days and it was appreciated. This would definitely be my go-to location if I weren't about to bail out of the state.”

“Initially I posted one star....but an amazing staff member still on the premises at almost 9PM came to the lobby and fixed the self serve machine so I could get a package out. I was writing the review before I saw him. I was initially frustrated because the lobby was locked on the weekend without website notice. I went back Monday and processed almost $10 in postage for a package...no postage issued....tried again....same thing. Someone did not load postage labels in machine properly. Looks like from the jammed labels there were several before me that walked away without their postage, too. I hope to get the second label refunded. I appreciate the employee that went the extra mile!”

Every time I went in Mr Espinoza was pleasant, professional and helpful. Did have to wait because I didn’t make an appointment. “I came here to process my passport application for the first time, Michelle’s customer service is exceptional, she really knows what customer service means, as I was waiting in line I observed her helping a family of four with their passports and she was always smiling even though the office is super hot, I had a very pleasant experience thanks to her! Here Ms.Tawarn gave me phenomenal service. This morning I sent a courier to India on a regular post but after I left from here, I changed my plan and I came back after an hour, then I requested for a change in sending that courier from regular to priority. With a smiling face Ms.Tawarn made a lot of effort to make the change, She found my courier which was already scheduled for sending and she made all the procedures to send that as a priority mail. I always get good service from this Post Office. But Ms. Tawan is a Gem of a person. Such employees are always a great asset to the company as well as to the society.

“This is a small US Post Office in Montebello that offers all the services made possible by the USPS. It is open Monday through Friday until 4:30 pm. They close right on the dot. You can drop off letters, packages, rent a postal box, buy greeting cards, gift cards, and obviously buy stamps. The front desk postal workers are always friendly and very helpful. But please be patient when you decide to come here. They usually have one cashier servicing customers.”
“It's a very small post office, right off Irwindale Ave and Arrow Hwy, on a side street directly across from a city park and the Irwindale Police Station. The parking lot has 4 spots, one is disabled only, however, there is parking permitted at it's curb on the street, which is why 4 stars. If you arrive at 2:00pm during weekdays, you'll have to come back at 2:30pm to allow the employees their lunch break. There's also the drive-up out-going stamped mailbox with the Priority Mailbox and Express in the parking area. It isn't as big as the Covina Post Office on Rimsdale or the West Covina P.O. nearby the West Covina Fashion Plaza which may discourage some but I find a bonus for no waiting, generally. It has a handicapped entrance and ramp next to disabled spot. And I've yet to see any of the postal employees being rude or unhelpful to any of the customers and there definitely is no woman by the door asking if you need stamps (really? it's so small, she'd get in the way if she existed) as one review claimed. I just like it because it's quick and easy if I need to go inside.”
“The people at this post office have always been so friendly and helpful. Yeah sure, sometimes there are long lines but, time it out people. Nine years ago Helen and Kathy were incredibly helpful to me in getting seemingly endlesses packages sent out, always in a last-minute hurry. Then Henry came, and it always been unfailingly nice and patient. There are new people there and I've only been a couple times but they've also been nice. Two free parking lots, always parking available.”

“Was here when they just open @ 8:30am. Two worker in front, with 4 customers. If everyone was all ready with their packages and labels should be fast. People didn’t fill out label or seal their packages holds up line. Worker tell them go to side and finish then they will call them back in line.Please peoples get your stuff ready then wait in line not in counter then starts writing address in label.Got my certified mail done and out in less than 5 mins.”
“Government building/service. Overall, pretty good post office. Cleanliness and look and efficiency is expected of a government run building. I am sure dealing with incompetent customers (and those that don't speak English well and feel entitled to be treated like royalty) on a daily basis would make me hate my job, so I give the workers slack. I think they are doing great.Workers don't have an incentive to sell more or upsell you on any services. They just want to do their job, get no complaints, and go home. If you don't like it, go to UPS or FedEx. You will find comparable or more expensive prices there.”

“Postal Services in Sierra Madre, Los Angeles, California...We had just finished breakfast nearby when I asked my friend, Hannah, if there was a post office nearby. She pointed and said that there was one right around the corner! Yay!Sierra Madre's post office is cozy, calm, and mellow. I felt like I was in a safe, small, quaint country town. I parked in the back of the building and walked in the building from the side door.Other people parked in the front, on the street, and walked in the front door.It wasn't crowded, so, I walked right up to the letter slot, tossed my postcard in, and left.Easy as pie!”
