In November 2023 I received a beautiful white bouquet from a friend from Nobee. It was nicer than all the other bouquets I had received from other florists nearby. So today (December 2023) I ordered the same (or similar depending on what flowers were available) bouquet for my friend and it was delivered within a few hours.

Flowers By Nobee delivered a centerpiece arrangement they made, ordered through Telaflora. Below are photos of what I ordered and then what this florist sent. I called Flowers By Nobee and they refused to assist in remedying this incorrect centerpiece delivery. If giving ZERO stars was an option, I would choose a ZERO star rating. Completely lacking in any kind of customer service whatsoever.

I have been buying flowers and arrangements at Nobee for many years, and have never been disappointed. They always have a great selection of fresh flowers and plants, and they present everything beautifully, whether it is a large arrangement or a simple bouquet. The customer service is top-notch.

They offered a morning delivery which I agreed to and never showed. When I called at 1pm, they finally delivered something over an hour later and the balloons I'd requested and paid for were not what showed up. The bouquet was also far less than the $120 I paid. It was unfortunate as it was for a birthday and several hours later than planned. I asked them to waive the $10 delivery fee which they said they would but its been three days and no credit back. This is what I get for being lazy and not using Lenora Moss which has always been so reliable.

I stopped by for an anniversary arrangement, and there were many sample flower arrangements, but I was looking for something unique. I was greeted kindly, and assured an arrangement can be made to meet my expectations. I was provided with quick service and I would say they are highly reliable. I was surprised with a last minute arrangement that came out very beautiful! I am definitely coming back and appreciate the service. Take care and thanks again!

We were so happy with the flower spray done by Nobee. You never really know what you order online is going to be what you get. I have to say the spray was even better than the image online. Thank you to your talented florists.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I've received two arrangements from them and both were beautiful. They were both same-day delivery and were delivered in the early afternoon. The latter was an orchid plant delivered on a scorching hot day. As a result, a few of the bulbs had started to wilt (this is by no fault of the florist - orchids are known to wilt when in extreme heat). When I called, Tami offered to come back and replace the plant with another of my choosing. She was super sweet and helpful! I can't recommend this place enough! Gorgeous arrangements, fresh flowers, outstanding customer service and reliable/fast delivery. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I had to send a sympathy arrangement and chose this shop because it was close to the recipient's address. I was going to order online but decided to call because I wasn't sure if they were open due to COVID-19. Tami answered the phone and was polite and helpful. I ordered over the phone and she delivered them the same day. The flower arrangement was beautiful and the recipient loved them. They were even better than the online picture! Great service and I was happy to support a local shop! Thank you Flowers by Nobee!

This is probably one of my favorite florists in all of LA County. They have that small town vibe and the owner is especially friendly and helpful. I have used them several times and they have yet to disappoint. Their arrangements are fantastic and their delivery service is very professional. If you want that special touch with extra love, go with this place. You won't be disappointed.

My mom and I dropped in at this flower shop to get a bouquet for my grandmother. They were friendly and professional, and made very helpful suggestions, taking into account the look we were aiming for, and the flowers we were gravitating toward. They designed an arrangement while we waited. They worked quickly, and the result was an arrangement that was perfect for the occasion. My grandmother loved her flowers!
