I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. It’s close to me so I thought I would have a go to spot for this. My phone charger disappeared. And the tire rotation (even know I paid for it) wasn’t done. I know because I had a slow leak in one tire and it’s still in the same place. The guy lied to me and almost certainly stole from me. Don’t go here!!

Had to swing by Moe’s Automotive in Sierra Madre because my wife’s car, Garrison, was acting up. The team at Moe’s, got straight to business. They hooked up Garrison to this diagnostic tool and bam, found out it was a cranky thermostat acting up.
It was pretty late in the day and the new part needed a sleepover to arrive. So, Garrison stayed over at Moe’s. Picked him up the next day with a shiny new thermostat and fluids topped up. The whole thing was smooth sailing.
Big shoutout to the crew for not making a big deal out of it. Really appreciate the no-fuss help. They’re the real deal if you need your ride fixed up.

I've been to Moe's a couple of times recently for maintenance and repairs and have always been very happy with the quality and speed of their work and the prices. But William went above and beyond for my family last week. We were leaving for a family trip right after work on Friday, and my daughter woke up to find her car battery dead. I was worried about how I'd get it jumped and working to make it to work on time and still make it to our trip. I called William in a panic, and he came right over to my house, jumped the car, brought it to Moe's, replaced the battery, and had us out the door by 3pm to save our trip. William's personal care to customers is so much appreciated in our community. I highly recommend Moe's!

My family and I have been taking our vehicles here for years. I've never felt they have tried to sell me something I didn't need. Even when I moved out of state, when I'm in town I'll have services done here and they take care of me in a timely and thorough fashion.

It's not every day you get stranded 80 miles from home with a failed transmission and a shop will take you in with little or no notice! Even more unheard of is for that same shop to fix your transmission and everything else in your car to make it run like new in less than a week. I brought in my 1992 Ford F150 and they fixed everything promptly, communicated every step and generally had a great attitude. Oh! And the music and atmosphere at the shop is excellent.
