The most disrespectful and dumb person I ever met. I was able to make an appointment for my cat for the Sunday and it never said anything about a standby it let me set for 8:15 am. And then they proceeded to tell me that they don't take cats at that time . Then why put a time on there for availability if you are not going to account for it. They kept telling me it's my fault and I did wrong when all I did was set the time and day and followed instructions from the email. And to top it off this guy here is so disrespectful saying that I was yelling when I was only stating the facts . And they wouldn't accommodate me for nothing. Never ever have I been disrespected like that ever. PLEASE DONT TRUST OR COME HERE WITH YOUR PET !!!!

Free Animal Doctor and their mission has saved me and Macy's life with their efforts to get money for severely needed veterinary care to people and they recognize the human animal bond . They also pay he vets directly and this allows people to confidently give to a cause and see the results are life altering. XXOO

We brought our puppy here for a discounted spay service. Overall experience is great. The staff seems very caring. They gave us pain med after the procedure as well. Puppy recovered from anesthesia the next day. No major complications. The spay service happens on Sunday mornings. When you get to the parking lot, you will check in your puppy and then they will call you in a few hours for pick up. We dropped off our puppy close to 9 am and was able to pick her up at noon.

So glad we came across this on our trip to Cali. What a great organization. Hiking with the rescued dogs was not only fun but also rewarding.

I really wanted to be able to leave a positive review for this clinic/ organisation. It has been difficult to get an appointment for my dog to be fixed. I understand that having a dog comes with costs. My dog needed to be vaccinated and I reached out to several clinics throughout LA for my dog to be fixed. I reached out because they were listed on Humane Society's website. The pricing contradicted what the humane society had their site so I reached out to first inquire and received an email from Claire saying stating that they are not responsible for what the humane society posts on the site. I think that's fair. I asked if there was some way to apply for financial support or to even pay with instalments. The only positive side of this experience was that Kacey from Fix N Fido was very helpful. This clinic offers great pricing and financial support if needed. I explained my financial situation and she helped me and I was able to get an appointment. Unfortunately, my dog ended up getting injured at a kennel and needed surgery. His appointment was a month away (to the day) and I made sure to contact Free Animal Clinic after the surgeon confirmed that my dog would be ok to be neutered. The administrative side was impossible to get a hold of and resulted in cancelling my appointment that I waited over a month for. I've heard from Claire a few times and each time she was extremely unpleasant. The website and voicemail recommends emailing for a faster reply. My calls and emails all went unnoticed. I made sure that I communicated that my dog had surgery and tried several times to make sure this information was passed onto the surgeon to decide if they would be comfortable to move forward or push the appointment back. Instead of someone reaching out to let me know that they will not take my dog, the lack of communication continued. I received two emails several hours later. One was an appointment cancellation and the second was a refund. No one reached out to let me know that they would be cancelling. And it took me forwarding the email thread to the president to finally receive yet another unpleasant email. This was handled with so much disorganisation and there was a major lack of communication. I really wish that someone responded sooner because there is still a waitlist with all clinics and now I have to continue the search and postpone my dog's appointment again. I fully understand that this is a non-profit organisation and I understand if the vet didn't want to take my dog because of liability issues but this should have been communicated sooner and in a much more approachable manner. Hopefully you don't need to go through Claire. Apparently I was told that there were no appointments in February when my appointment was cancelled which is beyond the truth. The only reason someone reached out to me is because I forwarded the email to another non-profit that helped me to even get this appointment. Claire emailed me several hours after my appointment was cancelled to explain that nothing was available. Again, I never asked to cancel my appointment. This already long and difficult process became even more difficult due to a lack of communication. I understand that it's a nonprofit so customer service, at least from my experience, did not exist. If you're able to take your pet here, I'll be happy for you. I know that pet expenses catch up quickly and can be very stressful. I hope that your experience is different and more pleasant.

Dr. Z and his staff were awesome. They explained everything through. Cost very expensive but my Angel Baby needs surgery next week. For the first visit I have a great comfort level with them.

After my cat got spayed about 10 month, she is in heat, and I emailed, called , and text to them to require to do spaying again. Haven’t received any response.1.Doctor didn’t do the surgery well, I think he left ovarian tissue remains inside the body. If they still don’t response me, I have to find a place to redo the spaying.2. Since my cat got spayed, she really scare man’s hand, now my husband can’t touch her with hand. I don’t know what bad experience she got. It’s sad.3. Find a shelter to spay or neuter your pet is better. My another cat did spay at Pasadena humane society, she got cared well.

Fast and affordable procedures. Great team of people serving the community. The entrance to the clinic is at Gate 7 of the Santa Anita Race track. The marker is hard to see. If you're heading south on Baldwin, turn left on Arboretum dr. And left to the parking lot. The clinic is next to towers of hay. There's a mobile truck, head to the tent.

Shady organization. They raise funds for your animal and then you never hear back from them. Once I wrote a bad review on Facebook is when I received a call immediately. Too late. I will not delete my review. Please make sure if you donate you find out where your money goes.
