I have absolutely no complaints about this place. I go there routinely for oils changes and such and they make it easy to just drop my car off and pick it up later. They also offer for me to wait there in their lobby which has amenities in it. But my real review is about when my stem on my tire broke and I came out from work with a flat tire. They took it in that day took my spare off fixed my old tire and sent me off that day.
THEN the next day the same tire was flat because I apparently ran over a nail...
I called them again and they fixed it again same day also no charge for both of those services and the charges for oils changes and other maintenance are cheap and I get coupons mailed often.
I would highly recommend this place.

Loyalty goes both ways. We’ve purchased multiple cars at Shingle Springs Honda and get our service work done there also. The Service Department (notably, Melissa & Kyla) made huge accommodations to help us with a major repair. They did so much to earn our appreciation and loyalty. No doubt this will be where we do all of our future business. Thanks again Melissa, Kyla and Shingle Springs Service Department.

After not being unable to find a new car in Roseville we had the best experience at Shingle Springs. Well worth the drive! Jamie was easy to work with on pricing and patient when we decided on a different vehicle than the one we had originally requested. Great experience!

Andy, Express tech, in the service department and the female service writer at the first desk are AWESOME!!! They helped me with a simple light bulb installation faster than I could blink an eye! Wish I got her name - but both of them deserve an award for outstanding service! I will be back!

Between the pervy old salesman who wouldn't stop staring and flirting with my fiancé, and the techs who can't do a simple air bag recall without me having to come back 2 weeks later (50minute drive after their screw up with no attempt at compensation, since this is the closest dealer) this place kinda blows! And I would go somewhere else. There are better dealerships in the area and better mechanics anywhere.

Worse car buying experience Ive ever had. I was skeptical based on all the negative reviews but tried it anyway. VERY disappointed in this dealership. Will never patronize them again...small town hospitality definitely doesnt exist there

I gotta hand it to Jamie the sales manager. He got me into a brand new 2023 Honda Accord EX at a great monthly payment. I’m someone who’s in a credit repair stage of life and it was hard to get any approvals from anyone and Jamie did the impossible and got me financed through Honda at a very affordable monthly payment. Melissa over in the Service department is pretty good too! Will always recommend this dealership over others.
