Awesome experience with Sentry Storage. Tim, the office manager is so kind and helpful. We just moved to town and was full of recommendations on businesses in our area. The storage unit is clean and maintained and very convenient. We are very happy that we chose Sentry Storage.

I've been storaging my things here off and on for over 20 years. When my children were younger and now when they are adults with children . The staff over the years have been awesome and family and kind. I told my oldest granddaughter to use them . And she is. Place was very clean. I will not use any other storage place and I will highly recommend Sentry Storage to my friends and other family like I have in the pass .

Renting a unit was super easy. Tim in the office was really nice and explained everything clearly. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and make sure we had everything we needed. Unit was clean. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Nice management. Prices might be higher. Clean. Could use insulation on roof gets pretty hot inside of unit.

Had a storage here for 4 years and they only raised the rent 5.00. And the on site manager Tim, will go above on beyond for his tenants. Which is why I've been there so long. Also the only reason I gave them a 5 star rating is because I wasn't able to give them 10 **********.

The managers became good friends. When I let them know certain problems made impossible to make a full payment. They were happy to work with me. Being my first time in a little over two years they were nice enough not give a late charge. I managed to come up with the rest of the rent sooner than expected and got caught up early. It would have taken until the next month if not for they're kindness and understanding. They even sent me a real nice thankyou for getting it paid before the next bill was dew. And other nice compliments. They are always willing to work with all of us. They even helped my ex wife when she was having financial problems. At that Time they didn't know we even knew each other.

EXCELLENT storage unit in Shingle Springs. Superior customer service (thanks Tim!), convenient location and SECURE/gated facility/on-site manager!! We opted for an outer-facing unit that we could drive up too. It was perfect! Driveway is a bit uneven in parts, but that is the only con I can think of. Highly recommend!
