“I want to recognize this store because, I go to CVS on green valley road usually they are my go to CVS most often,and, genuinely outstanding. I go there for all my medial products n perscriptions ...but, when, in Cameron Park I go to this CVS. I am a senior person who has disabilities..I have a walking, breathing and now an injury in my back from a fall... I say all this because, I believe all of us need to be recognized for outstanding kindness and gracious service to another. This is the case here. Having to go here to return Light bulbs, I had purchased a few weeks past after an appointment. Today I was returning from my doctors office near by and finding it very very difficult and painful to enter I met a most wonderful and amazing customer service lady named,Tanie. She immediately made sure I had a chair and inquired as to my needs. I explained and she went way out of her way to help. She led me to the pharmacy and instantly I was helped by the pharmacy staff. And, I was not the only person that needed help. But, they're service was fast and efficient... For all. Then Tanie returned to help me in the store. She found cosmetics I haven't been able to find after looking in a few places. At other places. She helped me while helping others as well, with her efficient n beautiful nature. No prolonged waiting and I had a chair she had gotten for me. After I had gotten everything I needed she walked me the door to, make sure I had gotten to my car safely parked right outside. Seriously, she is a Veryyyyy outstandingly wonderful human being a great and lovely young lady...and, amusingly Great giving Customer Care ... Thank you sincerely Tanie for making me safe and cared for. Thank you”

“Well, for over 10 years I have had the very best care from Rite aid pharmacy.. I even followed them to placerville 9 milles away. concerned, I could not find another that would be so excellent in customer care. Now, due to the drive in winter weather, I have decided to give CVS about 1/4 of a mile away a try. Pharmasuical care is the core of drug stores. And I put much Focus on their availability n care. I went to this CVS last week to talk with them. I had used them before but, had not invested in their services. I spoke to Amanda at the front counter. She was gracious n an excellent at communicating. As she listened to my questions, she ask the Pharmacist Regina to help me. I have to say Regina was Veryyyyy excellent at communicating and listening. I realized she is extremely knowledgeable and informative. She like Amanda was kind, gracious, patient and extremely helpful. I do feel I have answers and Peace from understanding what I didn't know. What a Gift to feel taken care of... Growing in age can create nervous n uncomfortable feelings just, because, i didnt take ghe time to know that Tony from Rite aid also has a counter part rivht here in Cameron Park on Green Valley Rd. Thank you for bringing substantial Peace to me again. I am Blessed again !!”

“Was with a family member when they needed to pick up their prescription. There was a lady working who said her name was Mia. She had gone above and beyond for everyone. She was the only one back there working really hard to make sure prescriptions were being filled in a timely manager for those of us who needed it. We noticed she was even helping the other people with their orders to fill just to make sure it didn't take too long. I know the wait time at this location seems long as there's not many places to fill a prescription out here, but I'm hoping she's the one who turns it around. Mia, thank you for caring about my family and making sure they get their meds on time. My family appreciates you.”
“I just returned from this Walgreen's after a long time. I went through the drive thru and was greeted by Joshua... He is outstanding and extremely helpful. I am Veryyyyy grateful to now be apart of their pharmacy... A referral from Rite aid after they closed their Green Valley store. I must admit, I was very reluctant because, I was with Rite Aid for so many years... Now, I can honestly say, I am grateful n look forward to many years of supporting wach other.
