“The staff was AMAZING! My dad passed a few months ago, and his dog ended up getting neglected where she lived. Some good friends and I met here to give her a bath and buy her a few new things before she went for a trial stay at a new home. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had enough time with the bath, extra cookies, and everyone paid lots of attention to her. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience despite the bittersweet situation.”

“I can't say enough about this facility. From start to finish I felt like my two cats were treated with the best of care. I initially made appointments for them to get neutered and in the time I made the appts to the surgery day, one of my cats had injured its leg. The staff and dr were so good and evaluated the situation and were able to fix his leg same appt. I am sure this is not always the case but the fact that they even offered to help and not turn me away for additional appoints almost made me cry. They truly have the pets best interests at heart. The follow up appt was so great too, with the dr even explaining the healing process in more detail so I wouldn't worry about the time it takes for the cat to be back to normal. They are quick and efficient and don't try to sell you on unnecessary services or products. The facility isn't new and fancy which I personally feel is why they are able to keep costs reasonable. (spay and neuters are a fraction of what it costs at other places which I know because my other cat was spayed at another facility in Folsom 2 weeks prior for triple the price and it was a horrible experience prompting me to come here) It has that small town family vibe and for the first time in many years, my experience was so amazing it prompted me to actually leave a review!”

“Have been to different groomer and dogs seemed stressed. This groomer very busy but has friendly atmosphere which dogs can pick up on. Mine are fairly new to grooming but have done well there!”
“I am so so happy with signature propane. We ran out and our delivery day is a Tuesday. We were going to have to wait 7 days but they were able to get to us in 2 days. The girls in the office are so helpful we will always be a signature customer.”

“Have been coming here for years for all types of pet supplies. But on this morning I needed a K9 Booster so my puppy could go to doggie daycare. They have them in stock, explain what you need to do, (keep all the packages & receipts for proof by the way, the daycare will take photos of what's needed & update the vaccine history. If you don't then it doesn't count, just a reminder!)The staff is awesome as always, super helpful & friendly. They have everything from dog toys to fish, cat food to litter. All your livestock needs as well. Love that they are open early & right off the freeway.”
