We recently needed body work on our car and, because of past positive experiences with Kniesel's shops at other locations, chose to use Kniesel's in Shingle Springs. Haley and Terri were outstanding and a joy to work with. They got us a rental car and dealt with our insurance company to get approval for the repairs and clearly explained how the whole process would work. The car came back looking like new and in record time. Because of this and our previous dealings with other Kniesel's shops we are happy to recommend Shingle Springs Kniesel's to anyone who needs body work.

We have used Kniesel's for several years on at least 3 vehicles. We have always had a good experience with them, and we have been happy with their work. The repairs and paint have always been of high quality and we have found them to be very considerate, and professional. Our most recent experience was with Halle, and Terrie at the front desk. They were great, and the repairs for both our vehicles have been done well and in a timely manner. It appears that their work load has grown and we understand that growth sometimes comes with growing pains. If we need collision service in the future we will readily request assignment to Kniessels.

I recently had my Toyota Sienna minivan repaired at Knieseles, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The entire staff was genuinely kind, professional, and very informative. Throughout the process, I received regular updates via text and phone calls about the status of my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated.
Hailey did a wonderful job answering all my questions in a timely manner, ensuring I was always in the loop. Terri at the front desk greeted us with a smile every time and worked diligently to have our questions answered. The exceptional customer service at Knieseles made a potentially stressful situation smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Always had my car fixed there and recommend them not anymore.Brian Nygaard is the worst manager with an attitude. My car was there for a month and they barely finished the estimate. They called the sheriff on me while I was picking up my car in pieces just because I was trying to talk to him about another concern. They let my battery die and they let my car in the rain with the window cracked and damaged my other window and trim. I tried to work with them by getting another manager but he told me to leave. Don’t go there unless you want your car back in parts.

Outstanding body shop. Had my Element repaired their work was perfect, paint perfect match, they cleaned inside and outside of car, Hailey was excellent to work with and drop off / pick up was very easy. I wish I could give more than five stars.Service: Painting

Had a new car with what looked like maybe a paint blemish - and wanted an experienced eye to look at it before I took it back to the dealership. Called and I think it was Cheryl who i spoke to. She cheerfully invited me to bring the car by that afternoon. when I got there, I think it was Blake who came out and looked at it. He said "I can fix that for you it just looks like plastic transfer. he grabbed a rag and some polish and fixed it right up. I offered a tip but he refused to take my money. Great shop.
