We are highly impressed with John of JetAir Performance. The A/C in our 2020 Ford Expedition Ltd Max failed, and while John told us he could definitely do the repair after running his diagnosis (that he didn't charge us for!), we may have a deeper issue, as this make and model has a reputation for A/C failures that almost always require more major repair work. He told us that he'd gladly do the work to get the car cooling again, but he suggested that since our car is still under warranty, perhaps it would be best for us to take it to a Ford dealership for repair and let them chase down the CAUSE for the failure so it doesn't happen again. That is what we will do, and we truly thank John for his honest opinion. We have another, older car that needs A/C work, so it will definitely be going to John and JetAir!Service: Air conditioning

This guy is gold. As someone who's worked on cars for 50 yrs but knows almost nothing about A/C I was super impressed with his troubleshooting skills. He had my 95 Bronco out the door fixed in 15 minutes...A/C had not worked in 5-6 yrs since I bought it. I'll never go anywhere else for auto A/C.Service: Air conditioning

Very thankful my dad recommended I go here when my A/C stopped working all of the sudden. It was an overall excellent experience. He looked it over and said everything looked good but wasn't getting any power and found the wires had been chewed by a rodent. $115 dollars later I had functioning A/C again. I highly recommend John!

Jet Air is the only place I will go for any future AC issues. There is usually a wait to get your vehicle in but it’s worth the wait. Back story, a few years ago my AC system took a dive, I called Jet Air after reading many favorable reviews, there was a two week wait for which I should have waited but impatience got the best of me. So I went elsewhere to have the system replaced, that is what i got. I took it back several times because it would not stay cold for long. I got tired of going back so I called Jet Air made an appointment and waited the two weeks. It was worth every day of waiting. They diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired them. They discovered leaking hose and a strader valve seal issue. I went through the recent heat wave and stayed cool, thank you Jet Air.I waited a little over a month to write this because I wanted to be sure that all was good, AC still blowing cold.Service: Air conditioning
