Zero rating. I went up to ask a question for some allergy medicine. The pharmacist and three assistants ignored me. I finally asked for help finding the item I needed. The pharmacist just stared at me. No response . The two other ladies just kept talking amongst themselves. Finally one lady waved her hand straight ahead directing me to a product I was not asking for. I walked that way and she said just keep looking I think we have it somewhere over there. When I couldn't find it, I asked for them to help me and no one cared to come assist me. I have heard similar lack of customer service from other people I know. Now I get to feel dismissed. Don't go there, it's a waste of time. You won't feel like anyone cares to help you. Worse service ever! By the way, it would not allow me to post my review unless I added a star. My review is ZERO "0" stars. I added the star only for technical issue

Tacky staff. Not very helpful. One clerk inside, while other was outside swearing in her cellphone like a trucker. Let alone to stock on the floor shows that the store does not do well in sales. I wish this location the best of luck because it needs an improvement with their staff and how it is stocked. This is coming from someone who spent many years in both grocery & retail mgmt.

This used to be my spot to get propane replacement tanks for my BBQ, but they have been out for MONTHS!!! Every time I go in I ask and they never have it. And what's even more frustrating is the employees do not have any idea of when they will be in or have any explanation of why. Funny/odd thing is I got propane very close without issues and they also carry the Rhino tanks. Maybe they lost the propane cage key and don't want to report it to the boss?

If you need something from the pharmacy go elsewhere. I'm never one to complain but there were 4 people in line, 1 person working extremely slow. They didn't even bother to acknowledge the line or the people waiting and there were 4 other employees just standing around in silence. Poor poor service.

Well, for over 10 years I have had the very best care from Rite aid pharmacy.. I even followed them to placerville 9 milles away. concerned, I could not find another that would be so excellent in customer care. Now, due to the drive in winter weather, I have decided to give CVS about 1/4 of a mile away a try. Pharmasuical care is the core of drug stores. And I put much Focus on their availability n care. I went to this CVS last week to talk with them. I had used them before but, had not invested in their services. I spoke to Amanda at the front counter. She was gracious n an excellent at communicating. As she listened to my questions, she ask the Pharmacist Regina to help me. I have to say Regina was Veryyyyy excellent at communicating and listening. I realized she is extremely knowledgeable and informative. She like Amanda was kind, gracious, patient and extremely helpful. I do feel I have answers and Peace from understanding what I didn't know. What a Gift to feel taken care of... Growing in age can create nervous n uncomfortable feelings just, because, i didnt take ghe time to know that Tony from Rite aid also has a counter part rivht here in Cameron Park on Green Valley Rd. Thank you for bringing substantial Peace to me again. I am Blessed again !!

I came here to get a Covid test. When I got here there's five cars already in line ahead of me and each one took at least 15 minutes before I even got up there to take the test. I'm already feeling lousy and Making me wait even longer doesn't make me feel any better at all.

How does the miserable Benita lady still work here? She is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service! My elderly mother asked to use the bathroom and Benita had to open it with a code and then accused my mother of trying to look at the code!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the most horrible slow drive through window with people who have no idea what they're doing I've been on a wild goose chase for four straight days to get a new prescription that my doctor sent and they're telling me it's too early they are not allowed to fill it but yet my husband called on the phone and they told me it's ready and then I drive and waste my time in their slow a** drive-through again and they still tell me it's not ready and they can't fill it even though my doctor has sent it over twice... A waste of time waste of energy waste of money completely useless don't ever go here

Buyer beware. This pharmacy location will no longer honor any coupons or discounts on anything deemed to be a "controlled substance", of which there are many for many different ailments. My generic prescription price went from $35 at the last refill to $168 for the next. A prescription I have refilled many times with moderate changes in price along the way. I was told that this was because of a change in "management". After contacting CVS corporate, I can tell you that the whole CVS corporation does not care and only wants to make as much cash for stockholders as they can. After a very long and very positive relationship with this particular location, it is a shame that they do not have any loyalty to a very loyal customer to provide fair pricing for generic drugs. And I always pay CASH so they do not have the hassle of billing insurance and chasing down payments. I work hard at supporting local locations for doing business and stay away from cheaper options on the internet and elsewhere. Let me be clear though that this is in no way a reflection on the staff that work withing this location as they are great and have always been very professional and friendly to me and have tried to do whatever they could for me. I am sorry that they are caught up in having to be the face of CVS when CVS decides to take advantage of their long time customers.

I prefer this location for sure over Palmer Dr. Staff is always kind and warm. Customer service is wonderful. The lines can be long in drive thru due to Covid testing but when I go inside I usually get help right away. Definitely glad this location is near me .

I have frequented this location since they opened some 10plus years now. I have always had good relations with the pharmacy staff until lately. The new pharmacist may be efficient but she lacks personal skills. Every time I cal or deal with her in person, she rushes you off the phone and does nothing to emphasize with you or takes time to personalize with her customers. Time for a new pharmacist if they want to keep their customers. She was this way before COVID and has become more irritating since COVID. Maybe it's time to switch to Rite Aid.

Made an appt. online for Covid testing for 12:30. Got here about 12:15 and I'm still waiting at now 1pm. Not sure the point of even making an appointment. If you come here be prepared to wait for hours.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. I was directed to go here by Caremark because my daughter's immuno suppressant medication was shipped to the wrong address. They told me that CVS and Caremark were the same company and to simply have the pharmacist call a phone number to get an override.Both of the pharmacy staff immediately started getting very upset and telling me that CVS and Caremark were not the same company and they made a huge, extremely verbal fuss about calling this phone number. Eventually I became upset because I was already late for work and chose to leave. I went to the Walgreens on Saratoga in El Dorado Hills and they helped me within five minutes. My daughter got the life-saving medication that she needs to take every day for her liver disease.When I called to talk to Caremark about this, it turns out they are exactly the same company. Even when you google Caremark, it comes up CVS/Caremark.

This pharmacy has given me so many issues in the past with picking up my medications. I went this past Saturday to pick up one of my medication and the pharmacist was absolutely rude and once she heard who my doctor was made an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional comment about him. I was so shocked I started shaking! I have never been treated so poorly from a "professional" in my life. I called my Dr office e asking to switch pharmacy's because of there comments and they said they have always had problems with this pharmacy! I made a Yelp just to leave this comment l. Dont go to the green valley pharmacy if you dont want to be treated poorly and given attitude when asking simple questions. I will never return to this pharmacy and I'll make sure nobody I know will either.

The pharmacy manager has tried to give me a generic version of my prescribed medication three times in a row. She also proceeded to tell me that it is "not her job" to make sure I have the right medication. She yelled at me.saying it is my fault that she keeps giving me the wrong kind of birth control Update: 6 months later they still keep ordering the generic birth control instead of the name brand even though my doctor put 'do not substitute' on my prescription. Once again, I am having to wait to start my birth control back up and it is messing up my cycle
