The store and market is the real highlight. They got a new car wash. It's meh leaves a lot to be desired, is one of the cheapest ones around so you get what you pay for just expected it to be better since it's new.

And they cut in half for us . Perfect place the store and owner very friendly!!!! Stop here is a must!!!!!!

This Chevron advertises diesel #2 on their large sign but when you get to the pump it has a little sticker saying it’s actually B95. I noticed that only after I pumped 25gal of that garbage into my rig. Thanks for the bait-n-switch….

This Chevron is right on the 50 in Shingle Springs and a one stop fullfillment for long road trips. Get your gas, use a moderately clean restroom, pick up some snacks and even get a proper lunch or breakfast with the little cafe inside. I can't comment on the food, but I imagine it shouldn't be too hard to make a decent sandwich. The store is more like a small grocery (Golden Harvest Market) than a tiny mart with a variety of selection. There is definitely a propensity for seedy characters around here in this little town of about population 4,500. It seems this market is convenient for locals also.

Bonus, they have a nice family run deli inside with great sandwiches. Also sells a small amount of produce (bananas, lemons, tomatoes and lettuce).

Hmm.... Shingle Springs? Needed some gas and a bathroom break so randomly picked this offramp. Kind of a odd town. While waiting for my wife to finish up inside there was some creepy guy who started walking towards me with a odd look on his face. I quickly retreated inside. Besides the odd location this Chevron has a HUGE mart with all your needs plus clean bathrooms! Bought a lottery ticket but sadly did not win :-(
